⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Unforgettable dream wedding at Freimühle!
We spent our wedding celebration at Freimühle and could not have wished for a more beautiful place. It was simply the best evening of our lives!
A huge thank you goes to the landlord, Mrs. Hassler. She was always available for any of our questions beforehand, incredibly warm, and with her support, she made this perfect evening possible for us.
The catering from the restaurant was absolutely fantastic – our guests and we were completely thrilled by how incredibly delicious the food was. The entire service team was excellent! A special shout-out and a huge thank you go to the two ladies who tirelessly provided us with drinks late into the night with the best attitude.
The hotel rooms and the breakfast buffet the next morning were top-notch!
We are overjoyed that we chose Freimühle, and we are immensely grateful for everything. Anyone looking for a venue with heart, excellent service, and dreamy food is in the right place here. Absolute heartfelt recommendation!

Highly recommended
Chapeau, we would like to warmly welcome the entire team of the hotel for the unforgettable 70th anniversary celebration. Thank you for my husband's birthday! The organization, decoration and food were perfect. The service was very friendly and attentive. The location was beautiful and provided enough space for our big family and friends. We particularly liked the champagne reception in the spacious courtyard with stream and the ambience in great weather. We felt very comfortable, thank you again for the great celebration and the beautiful memories we created here.

Not recommended
We were already on the 3. Time for a 3 day meeting there. Everything was fine twice. Until now, a rich buffet was served in the restaurant during the lunch break. To our amazement, this time we had spaghetti with a herbal pesto from the glass. Inedible. Some of our participants, including me, left the stuff standing. After a complaint from our organizer, she was informed that the kitchen would only open from 10 participants.
1.was confirmed to us in an order confirmation for 8-10 persons a 2-course menu.
2.was this not communicated in advance. Only a corresponding link in an email should contain this information.
3.there was no insight whatsoever from the hotel.
The order confirmation was clear. Outsiders also confirmed this.
Conclusion: Meeting at this hotel is not recommended.

Average
The hotel has a very nice outdoor area and the beer garden is certainly a highlight. After that, however, it drops steeply, the decor of the rooms I think has remained unchanged since 1985, everything very dark and outdated. The breakfast, yes as the decor good for the 80s but no longer contemporary - cheap cold cuts, cheap baked goods (we bought and brought bread from the baker from the second day) and fruit salad which consists 85% of old apples. Sure there are different types of tea and honey but this is more of a highlight for a small group of guests, what about good baked goods, good sausage and high-quality fruit? This is what we usually get and expect in 4 star hotels. We were checked out by the young kitchen help who more or less just printed us the bill, neither was a good trip home wished nor was asked for feedback, I think she did not even thank us for our visit. Before I forget, we wanted to iron our things and were handed a mini travel rail and a mini travel ironing board - that was of course not enough either. We were at Kaufland and bought a normlas iron, also a new experience at a 4 star hotel. Overall, our stay was fine for our purpose but I would not come back nor would I recommend the hotel to my family.
