It was a nice stay. Staff nice.
We were completely satisfied. Everything went smoothly. Room / bathroom very clean. Receive larger room than indicated. Nice building. Everything completely uncomplicated. Good value for money. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Ringe currency for money
The pictures of Hostel Goslar are very misleading. Kitchen, living room, garden and rooms etc. (all?) are found but are completely misused. Kitchen cabinet locks hanging, coffee machine doesn't work, food residue in the closets looks like something that has been mouse in. The bathroom is peeled off, moisture damaged and wallpaper hanging (we did not look in the refrigerator)
When we finally, after a long search, found a staff she seemed surprised that we needed to get a key, informed of nothing.
We called the number on the door to check in a couple of times, and got the same man in the cable both times, who could only tell us where the door was and from there laid on, or simply no longer answered us. Same experience when a week later we would cancel the booked room that we were going to use on the trip home, the pipe is laid on before the conversation is over and agreements finally concluded. In addition, they write on their website that you get a full refund if you cancel before 6:00 PM on the day of arrival, but later in the cancellation process, it turns out that you eventually only get 20% back (this I have written to them, and look at the time :-)

Everything was poor and unpleasant, however, the dyne and pillow cover was delivered clean and delicious, as well as the towel, but we did not receive a layer, so we had no sense of the purity of the mattress cover

Unpleasant, expensive and very dirty.
Incredibly dirty and nasty place. Check-in was almost impossible, as you had to find a well-hidden phone number, and hope that someone took the phone. There were spiders of all sizes in the room. Dirty floors and a kitchen left with greasy frying panes and dirty cutlery. Lamps and other installations defective. The shared bathroom was approximately.

Cheap
Very very dirty, it looks like it hasn't been cleaned in months.
Worn down, and very bad beds that probably should have been discarded years ago.
Poor host who doesn't even answer his phone, or email, or via Reservation.com
