Nice house with a very kind host

Ulrike looks after guests very well. We arrived late and she took us down to the local hotel for dinner/ The house is a little way out of town, so very quiet and peaceful, and possible to see the mountains from the breakfast room. The area south of Munich is very beautiful - we did several lovely bike tours over to the lake, and riding through the countryside. The train (s-bahn) provides a regular service to the city, so that is very easy.

sweet and cozy room

We stayed one night at Bed and Breakfast Bavaria. The room was cozy and sweet, and accommodated us paretns, one boy in the loft bed and one in a baby bed. Ulrike was kind and helpful as our young son was sick. Please note that the bathroom is shared with the 3 other rooms, and you may need to take turns in using it.

Beautiful place, great host.

We where there for one night. The room was very nicely set, very clean and comfortable. The bathroom is shared but also very clean and tidy. We had a great breakfast with lots of options to choose from. Our kid enjoyed having some toys and games available to play with.
We would gladly go again and stay longer the next time we visit Germany.

Peaceful, cheerful, comfortable. What more could one want?

We spent a wonderful night at B&B Bavaria in Icking. The room we had was very cozy, and despite the heat outside the room was cool and inviting. The bed was very comfortable and the place was quiet at night: Great for sleeping (even with the windows open), which is what we came to do! The shared bathroom is huge, and we appreciated the fact that the host scheduled guest "shower time" so we all knew who would be using it at what time. (Plus, there is an extra toilet downstairs, just in case!) Another great part of the our all-too-short visit was the breakfast. Homemade bread and jam, fruit salad, coffee, tea, juice, and other assorted meats and cheeses for non-vegans--and a view of the mountains across the valley. A peaceful place to rest and a wonderful, welcoming host--I think that's what a B&B should be, no?

What a lovely place

This place is truly wonderful. Ulrike is such a warm and kind host. She made me feel very welcome and comfortable. The breakfast is delicious and talks with her were very interesting. I'm really looking forward to come back again.
