It doesn't get any better!!
As an organizer/organizer I was there over a weekend in September with a group of 21 people and 12 cars. We had HP and for the valuable bodies, garage spaces booked to it. Apart from the famously great location, the entire team of the house, especially the event manager who looks after us, did a perfect job all around. With an important reason why all the participants shone radiant faces at me throughout. It doesn't get any better - so in general to the house and the entire team: The task was quite complex and safe there and there not quite as easy - but bravura- THANKS

Nice place for a seminar... but a hot shower is better!
Hotel frequented as part of a corporate seminar.
The equipment provided in the room was good (although the connection would deserve more care), the snacks excellent and the overall setting (interior and location) excellent. Great to be able to access a bowling alley in the hotel to relax as a team at the end of the day.
Good food (but limited to 3 courses (meat, fish, vegetarian), soup and fixed desserts). Very nice room staff.
Comfortable room (good bedding) but with few services inside for a 4 star. Wi-Fi without problem. No power outlet near the table... not very convenient for working in the bedroom.
Big black dot... A minute of hot water in the shower, and then it was barely warm. The problem does not seem to affect all rooms, but for standing, it is not acceptable.

Ageing hotel - dog room with strong smell
We stayed there for a weekend with my parents and our two children.
Dogs are also allowed in the hotel. Unfortunately, we received a room with strong dog smell. A move would have been possible on the second day. Since we had planned the above and with the children's nap we decided against it, as it would have been more stress for us. We were only there two nights. Still, it's a cheek to give a room like this to a family. Or not even offer a discount in the aftermath. According to the woman at the reception, it couldn't have been sold anymore anyway.
Food at the hotel is quite expensive and is very bland. The view on the terrace is very nice. But except for dinner, all self-service. Price-performance ratio definitely does not fit. No idea what justifies the 4 stars.
Room quite worn and not properly cleaned. For us it is also a lesson. We never book a hotel where dogs are allowed again. Be sure to give yourself a room where there was no dog before if you don't have one.

We're here regularly. Nice clean rooms. Very good breakfast.

Not nearly 4.5 Superior
The hotel is actually very nice on the lake. Unfortunately, it has become very old. The hotel may have been 4 stars superior many years ago, but today guests welcome old, worn carpets, hard beds, old furniture. But the hotel charges 4.5 stars for this. You can't do that.
In the evening, there's only Buffett, no a la carte. For €39, however, the buffet must not consist only of cheese spades, turkey schnitzel and fricassee. Tastewise, the soup was great, the rest just okay.
The wellness area is quite pleasant compared to the rest. Breakfast is good too.
Conclusion: no 4.5 stars, too expensive, no Recommendation
