Romantic hotel in the middle of town

rooms range from delightful balconied room w bathroom down the hall to two-bedroom suites w private bath. Everything is meticulously clean; nicely furnished, free (slow) WiFi, free light breakfast and very helpful staff. Loaner bicycles available at no charge. This is our favorite place to stay for a relaxed weekend in the islands. If you have a roller bag it is an easy 10 minute walk from either ferry or airport. No taxi required

POOR SERVICES

Beautiful place and environment, water heater not working, The pool was not treated so we cldnt use the pool ,the food was bad .lights went off at night and generator was not on, we slept in darkness til the following night...they don't really care abt customer services..A Beautiful like that doesn't deserve such poor services

Unsatisfied

Rooms are nice but poor wifi service and difficult to get hot water. Not worth the price compared to other hotels who even provide drinking water and variety of breakfast everyday with lesser rates. Manager and receptionists are nice but the service needs to be improved

My month stay at Bird-rock hotel in Anomabo

Excellent service by a dedicated staff always there to assist with any request. Wonderful cuisine (local and international) with an amazing room service delivered in time. The facility cleanness is beyond comment.

night at birdrock

A very nice road side hotel on the way to Cape Coast, the Central regional capital. This is a new hotel and I can't say enough about the very friendly and willing to please staff. I was impressed about how they were accommodating and always wanting to know how they can help. A new pool is being completed and this will enhance the hotel
Management needs to exert some control on their "night club" crowed as it looks like a junior high school party. this may ruin their image. As well their breakfast menu needs to be improved.
