A dream
For the first time we have booked this hotel and would be so positively surprised!!
The room (number6) is so lovingly and exceptionally decorated. It is very clean and many little things were provided additionally.
Breakfast is excellent. There are many typical treats from the mani.
They were very friendly and informed about the excursion possibilities.
The pool is not huge, but perfectly fine to stay and rest there.
We can only recommend this beautiful place!!!!

Beautiful and comfortable stay on land in Areopoli
A wonderful estate, very close to the center of Areopoli (on foot) but also away from the bar of restaurants. Beautiful garden with trees, vineyards, flowers and fruits, beautifully, naturally cared for. The stone building with thick walls that ensure absolute tranquility. The rooms are beautifully decorated with quality furniture and the terrace is large with sofas and chairs, ideal for relaxation in a beautiful environment. The bathroom is modern with all the amenities and hygiene and care products. The swimming pool and bar area is beautiful with sofas, loungers and sun loungers. The pool is relatively small but very clean. Unfortunately it becomes unsuitable for use by adults when there are children turning the entire environment into a noisy playground. The breakfast was a disappointment as we waited for a traditional, rich breakfast and found a miserable buffet with bouquets of pies (not very fresh), a single kind of bread that although fermented the two of the three days we ate was bagiactic and needed baking to be consumed. In a low-cost product such as bread there should be a choice in kind (black/fries/grills). Three options of eggs (eyes, omelettes with peppers like small pizzas and boiled) were nice only on the second day when we got them when they came out of the kitchen as the dish was not heated and after a while they were frozen and crushed. Beautiful, sweet kittens are in the area, especially at breakfast. In addition to the fact that some people are likely to be bothered as they urinate and ask for food, before us they went up many times in chairs and even to the table and forgot the dishes of some who had gone to get their coffee. The family that runs the hotel, polite but remote, definitely not enough for the service. Finally, if a telephone agreement is made about the price depending on the payment it is good to ensure that it concerns the entire amount.

Small scale, friendly and truly Greek
Small scale and personal. Lovely accommodation with characteristic rooms. Nice, rich breakfast and a nice pool. At eyes not 10 minutes walking distance from picturesque Areopoli.

Small minus: number of sunbeds around the pool is too few in August.

EVERYTHING!!! THE RESIDENCE IN “CARAGEORGOS” IS NOT DESCRIBED IN WORDS. JUST "GREAT"!!!
EXCELLENT EVERYTHING!!!! IT'S THE SECOND TIME WE'VE BEEN TO KARAGHEORGOS. 23 TO 25 AUGUST 2025 WE FINDED A ROOM ONLY FOR THREE DAYS BECAUSE WE DIDN’T CLOSE SOON. INCREDIBLE RESIDENCE, SUPER LUX ROOMS WITH AESTHESY, TAST AND VARIETY. REALLY UNIQUE!!! AND IN A VERY QUIET SPOT NEXT TO THE CENTER OF AREOPOLIS, BUT FAR FROM THE NOISES OF THE MULTI-FREQUENCY AREOPOLIS, ESPECIALLY IN AUGUSTO. THE HOUSEKEEPERS AND THE PERSONAL EXCEPTIONS. ALL FOR ONE MORE TIME!!! THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR EVERYTHING!!!
