Mostly great, but somewhat neglected
The view and the balcony are a 10, the sound of the waves crushing was perfect. The room and the beds are just fine. That being said, this place can further benefit by upping its service, namely the bedding were not changed once, towels as well and they were dirty to begin with. The trash is taken out daily but that's it. There are leaks all over the place in the bathroom, the shower head is clogged, the sink faucet is loose and the toilet tank is broken, I had to manualy improvise to flush. Only one roll of 2-ply TP. The wi-fi was decent enough. One pair of batteries and you have to alternate them between the AC and the TV remote. I guess it all comes down to expectations and preferences but there are better options within the price range. It'a 7/10 all around from me.

Shame.
I got a call to book a room for August. I requested a specific room but could not answer if it has a double bed or two single beds. Something they couldn't tell me with certainty but would have informed me a week ago. At the reservation a child who was in the reservations, asked me card number and also a three-digit card code to be valid the reservation.I refused and when I asked the reason they could not explain to me why they ask for the three-digit. I asked to talk to the hotel manager and the kid refused to give me the manager. Shame. Rude and suspicious. We put little kids in central posts in hotels and then they wonder.

CONTRIBUTIONS
I made a reservation for the company of my 17-year-old daughter and while I called repeatedly and every day to tell me if there will be a problem with the age of the children I had to wait and we will call you to inform you. Every day I left a name and phone number and they ignored me. Every day the same until they arrived 2 days before check-in and decided to tell me that they can not accept the children. Apparently, they waited for the days to "see" 50% of the cancellation. I have requested a free cancellation through booking of course. And they'll eat a critic of their own. Instead professionals with a chapter!

It did not satisfy us!
Let's start with the fact that a day before our arrival we were warned that check in would take place at another of their facilities, but it's okay not bad.
During Reservation is indicated the presence of parking at the apartments; there is, but that allows the ratio apartments / holiday cars.
Our apartment was located on the second floor of this structure, the rooms are very very small and the kitchenette is practically behind the front door (even one of the plates could not be turned on because they removed the knob to open the door).
The room absolutely clean but in itself the structure not very cared for.
Assistance equal to 0. The first day we arrived we pointed out a malfunction at the toilet flush.... after the third night (when we then left), the problem was such and such as when we pointed it out!
The plumber or maintainer showed up yes (at 10pm when the reception had indicated arrival between 10:30 and 12:30am), without being able to repair the fault.
Practically 3 days to....pots of water!
Rooms that do not have a minimum of soundproofing, if you find the "neighbor" festive.... best wishes!
Since then on the balcony in the morning the sun rises, it would be advisable to put an umbrella or a tent because it becomes impossible to have breakfast (also because you have no alternative but on the bed as we did).
The only positive note: view from the terrace, comfortable bed and location, in about 5/10 minutes walk you can safely visit the adjacent village and reach most catering activities / cafes or shops.
Honestly for how it was our stay I do not consider the night cost in the least adequate.

Amazing views
First tip you need to know is the check in for this hotel needs to be done at their sister property the Afitos Hotel 5+ which is around 10 mins driving. Apart of that our room with balcony had an amazing view facing the sea. The furniture in the room is a bit old however is well maintain. The parking only have space for 4 cars however you can easily park on the street. The hotel is 5 min walking from the centre of the town where you can find plenty of restaurants.
Thank you to the Housekeeping person who found my wife's shirt and keep it for us to collect the next day after check out.
