Beautiful hotel

The hotel is in a strategic location as it is 100 meters from the center. The rooms are clean and the owner is always present but discreet. I recommend having breakfast at the hotel, which, although not very varied, offers everything necessary for a decent breakfast. I suggest asking the owner which beaches to visit, especially in windy conditions. If I were to return, I would keep it in mind.

A pleasant value for money experience

This hotel is ideally situated close to all the amenities, shops, restaurants and the port. It is very well run and good value for money. It is clean and tidy and has excellent staff. The Manager Makis goes out of his way to help you and nothing is too much bother. He is an excellent “People Person” and helped us deal with a difficult situation of which we couldn’t have solved otherwise. We are very grateful to him for that.
The breakfasts are good value for money and all the breads, yogurts etc are fresh and replenished regularly.
We will certainly stay in this hotel again if we are back in Kos.

Good location , price-performance hotel

The location is very good price-performance hotel , we stayed on a 2-day Kos vacation, not high expectations the location is successful , 400 meters from the center , no noise problem , parking is available if you rent a motor in front of the hotel.

Summer 2025.

We spent 5 days here, and considering the price, the hotel is really satisfactory. The rooms are clean, tidy, and cleaned daily, and the air conditioning works perfectly. The host was always in a good mood, available for a chat and helpful with advice about trips and food in town.
The best thing at breakfast are the croissants – I’ve never had better anywhere.
Highly recommended!

Good transfer stage

We used for transfer to other islands after landing in Kos. Good solution , unpretentious hotel, but good location for the beaches of Kos Town, downtown (and in the same street as the Dolphin Fountain). Small room with small bathroom but restored, quiet (room 102), unfortunately in the room very persistent smell of cigarettes. Sufficient breakfast both sweet and savory, very helpful staff, we booked taxis to port (12 euros the transfer, wanting without heavy luggage you can also walk in about 25 minutes)
