Great Location

Apartment with daily cleaning and linen change every two days; comfortable second floor apartment with small kitchenette and two livable balconies one of which with wonderful sea views. Family run by Ioanna and Cristophs attentive to any need of guests. Great location between the nightlife of Lefkada and Nidri and beach front property. Recommended. Fabio and Cristina.

Our stay at the property was simply perfect. I have nothing else to add

Spotlessly clean and with the hosts Kostas and Ioanna just incredibly kind and helpful.
Every day fresh sheets and towels and a clean room. Every day they filled the capsules for the espresso.
He informed us that it is a must see in Lefkada and he was absolutely right. Everywhere we went was fantastic.

Warm welcome, not best quality vs price though

Family owned, warmest possible welcome. Unfortunately, contract comes with a 'small print' I would call 'at least daring'- price-wise. The 2 closest beaches poor, same as the immediate surroundings, Mountain view unconvincing, luckily nice view from (shared) balcony on 2nd floor. Very clean.

Very nice place to stay in Lefkada

Very nice place to stay in Lefkada.
It has all the conditions you need, not very far from Nidris (where it has all the taverns and beach bars on this area)
The rooms are very clean, with air conditioning that makes the room cold in max 5 minutes.
The host is very kind, it makes you feel like home.

Fabulous

Katsenos Studios is kept impeccably clean by Ioanna and Christos.
Our room was cleaned daily with fresh sheets and towels every day.
Extras like toiletries, slippers and bottled water put in our fridge most days were a nice touch.
Our room had a nespresso coffee machine which came with little treats of mini cakes/biscuits.
The sea view from our balcony was amazing.
The garden is lovely with a nice seating area.
Nikiana is a nice, clean and pretty quiet resort.
There is only a two minute walk to the beach and five minutes or so walk to the tavernas and supermarket.
Christos picked us up and dropped us off at Preveza airport in his pristine car for a small charge.
Ioanna and Christos are so helpful and friendly.
