Great hospitality

I am surprised with the rating that the Galaxy Hotel currently has, because it should have 5 stars without exaggeration, as it has a perfect location in the heart of the city, it is very clean but what really won us is their hospitality and impeccable service. When we visited the city of Serres we had not made any reservation and happened to pass outside and I went in to ask only if there is any availability and the gentleman who was inside helped us in everything, and gave us all the necessary information about places and shops that are worth visiting anyone, so we decided to make a reservation and on returning from our walk , we were welcomed by Fotini , which absolutely represents her name , >with a warm smile and wonderful behavior , when I came down to ask if there is any mini market open ( it was late in the evening ) I wanted to because water offered me free , finally these are small details and the people who are beautiful and not the furniture and the furniture !
5 stars from us because you deserve it!!!
Thank you very much for the wonderful hospitality!!!! ❤️

Papaleo and poorly preserved

Unacceptable too old, cockroaches in the bathroom, noisy in the evening from outside that has cafes until very late.The morning is moderate.
Apart from the staff who were very kind and helpful also the owners polite and sweet-talking otherwise nothing we liked from the hotel

gold moderation

Central hotel.....has the absolute necessities......needs renovation I would say.....polite staff....bad breakfast(no options..only the basics).....

I won't go again

Only good location was.To say that the toilet of the 1960 room box opened the balcony door to get air the room and had a mountain of pigeon bats.

We visited with my family on January 3 and stayed another night because we liked the hotel very much

Very good location in the center with a nice view. Staff very kind and helpful. He's got a parking contract, so he's solving a lot of stress. The layer was ideal to rest
The price is satisfactory and very clean room
I highly recommend it
