Worst experience ever!!!
1 star because unfortunately there is no option 0. Just unacceptable. We paid 160 euros for a night stay for a room that was in the straw. When we got into it the heating didn't work and there wasn't even hot water. We should have called them and fixed it in an hour. In the bathroom we found up to underwear from previous guests. While on the ceiling there were spider tissues. The room had not been cleaned and was visible. The morning when we got up to leave, we couldn’t get the car out of the private parking lot. The reason??? 3 days ago it had snowed and the parking lot had not been cleaned so the snow had become ice and the car was not coming out. When we called them, they told us to put on chains. We didn't need chains to get to Kaimaktsalan and we had to put them on to get out of their parking lot. With many of them we had to carry chains because we only had snowcover. Fortunately, a nearby tenant helped us put them on and when my companion asked if he could go into the room to wash his hands because he was dirty with mud the man who was cleaning who was a man (which he understood now) allowed him to enter but when he entered he found that not only had not changed the blanket but not even the sheets just layed them alone. TRAGIC.
