Definitely returning this winter
The location is awesomely spectacular.
The hotel is lovely, the room itself was actually a little 2 floor house (which was surprisingly good), both cosy and traditional, would be incredible for winter too, as there is a fireplace
Welcoming people, ready to provide info on anything you may ask,
Also perfect for trekking lovers.
Clean, quiet and ideal to relax
Wifi working, television, hairdryer, dedicated car parking space.
Highly recommended

EASTER IN CENTRAL ZAGORI
However, given that it was Easter, I would expect that they could make us a reservation for the rejuvenating dinner in the adjacent mesedo store, as had happened in our corresponding stay in another area (and not even on our own initiative)

Peaceful, comfortable rooms and lovely home cooked food. Very reasonable.
Comfortable room, good service. Breakfast was lovely with homemade Greek pies and cakes. Evening meals were also very good.
The Vitsa steps lead to the gorge. A challenging walk in the heat but very rewarding. Takes 30 minutes to walk down but 1hr back. The hotel has information about walks and drives to do in the area. Was one of our highlights of our holiday.

When “book direct” backfires
The checkout process wasn’t exactly straightforward in terms of billing formalities either...
If you enjoy haggling, opacity, and 90s-style service attitudes, this place might suit you. Otherwise, look elsewhere; there is much better in Zagori.

Beautiful experience
The breakfast satisfying, the only problem that there was smell of food on the upper floor
The square in front of the accommodation a poem, from there start many paths that lead to the canyon and nearby villages!
