Poor Service and Awkward Layout — Not Worth the Premium Price

It feels as though this hotel was an architectural afterthought. The room design is hindered by a massive structural pillar that holds the TV but significantly cramps the living space. This awkward engineering extends to the bathroom, where the basin, urinal, and shower are placed haphazardly with very little room to move.
Service and Facilities:
The service was highly disappointing. My shower had no hot water, and despite reporting this on the second day, the staff refused to move me to a functional room. Instead, they offered a single bucket of hot water, which is unacceptable for a hotel at this price point. Furthermore, the management's billing practices are unusual; despite having a continuous two-day booking (one day via phone and the second online), they insisted I clear the bill after the first day before I had even checked out.
Pros:
• Location: Centrally located and close to everything.
• Breakfast: The included meal was fine, though the selection was quite limited.
Cons:
• Room Design: Small, cramped rooms with intrusive structural pillars.
• No Hot Water: Lack of in-room heaters means cold showers.
• Connectivity: The Wi-Fi is unreliable, and the Smart TV is virtually unusable due to constant lagging.
• Rigid Management: Unwilling to resolve maintenance issues or provide a seamless billing experience.
The food is expensive, and they sell water above the MRP, something which is illegal.
Given the high cost, the lack of basic amenities like hot water and the unhelpful service make this a very poor value for the money.

First of all, front desk agents was quiet rude behavior, after we reached the room, saw molds in wall, freeze wasn’t working, shower knob as falling apart, bathroom door locks is so close door frame. I got hurt 3 times closing doors in bathroom. Finally I did shower and came out to room then all the water flooded in the room. My baggage & stuff get we. The room also got bad smell. I have recorded all avidance.

Good location in the city
. The restaurant served good dinner but offered a quite limited local breakfast. My room did unfortunately not have warm water in the shower. Otherwise a clean room and a smiling and service minded staff.

Hotel is not bad. Reception is not the nicest, but super efficient check in. Room 603 was not good. Super humid, mold on walls and ceiling. Really bad smell.

Much to be desired ..work in progress

Booked in on my return with my team and was given a room that the floorboards seeped water. Management was offering me an alternative stay when the rest of my colleagues were here waiting for a solution and no satisfactory answer as yet..after almost 30mns...
