Bad Experience

Too much wating for the brunch after our meeting.staff also giving excuses for this matter instead of cooperation

Unfit for corporate traveller

Not fit for a corporate traveller, no proper breakfast even at 8am, no facility for driver room

Hotel H (more like Hotel- F) NOT Anand's No-1 hotel

Hotel H claims Anands no-1 hotel.
I say BlueIvey is Anands no-1 hotel
Hotel H is more a hotel "F".
Gave us a room but
a) Door jammed and would not open
b) Shower toilet dirty/dusty
c) Toilet seat loose
d) Shower glass covered in calcium spots (never cleaned)
Changed room next morning with deep cleaning.
--Still had to ask for toilet seat to be tightened
-- TV signal was fixed at 2:00AM (staff made the effort to make it work)
-- No TV the next day !!!
Breakfast
-- Staff were very helpful
-- Choice was good
Reception food area
-- Again good food & staff were friendly
------ We were give a free 1-night stay for the inconvenience
"RECEPTION"
a) Dealt with 3 to 4 people
b) Zero communication between them
c) One of them had a really bad attitude
--He also over charged us for bill from another room/guest
--- What does that say? Cannot read room numbers
d) The word sorry or my mistake is not in their vocabulary.
Worse still hotel owners son pipes in to defend the useless receptionist.
-- I run lots of hotels in USA blah blah blah
My comment, how about running a proper one in Anand.
Why was it necessary for a customer to point out "MULTIPL" issues?

The rooms are dirty and need updating. The bathroom is average with broken shower. The corridors are dirty and not clean

Don’t fall for what the hotel looks like from outside and reception area is very deceptive. The bedrooms and bathroom are dirty and need updating. The reception staff do not listen to your complaints or requests. We had requested to change our room because it was dirty and handheld shower was broken etc. We were told that they will offer us better room next day but this never happened. The breakfast is hit and miss. The food quality and overall taste needs improving. We stayed in room 403 for 4 nights. There are better hotels cheaper hotels in Anand.

Rundown property. Was built like American hotels. But not kept that standard. Not enough linen provided. Towels were soggy and like rag. TV system was not turned on, had to call reception desk to make it work.
