The Real review ( in covid era)

Hey,
Starting this with a 4.5 Star verdict.. Travel here only if one wants leisure , min room service ( its good though but who wants room service when u can sit for hours on a beach front restaurant), nice team, Bikram, the rasta hairdo Bartenders ( missed his name, he Is from megalaya), Ranjeet and The GM Jojo... fabulous team..treat them well they take care of u ..
The food portion are big and food super fresh ..
Bar menu good ..drink like a fish..
Music good, access to beach 2 min lazy walk and u into the sea ..powerbackup yes..some issues with hot water but am sure it was fixed .. beautiful room ..Trust me ..room 11 is the best as only one with sea view ( partial ).
Comedable is they did not cut trees to make the building, coconut tree passed thru the balcony
Advise, take your own mosquitoe repellant ( they have good nite machine but sometimes mosquitoes beat them)
They serve in room but give them time
Roadtrip hint..head to Armbol Beach parking do not put the hotel as address else u might need to float device in your car ,landmark is St.Mary Church ..5 mins from there.If long stay ask panchayat parking guy he will give u a few tickets else inr 100 each time ..we got 6 days for 300 rupees ..
Beach goers wear a mask else goa cops have challans ready
Resort is neat and clean ..loads to do but just go to idle there
We went with a 2 yr old and all took care of him and ensured we were well attended

Experience to forget in Arambol

An experience to forget, dirty and little care in service. Too busy on the phone and not dealing with customers.
For sure we will not return....
And we definitely do not recommend it...
Rooms equipped with only one towel, cleaning on request, mice wandering in the garden.
Inconceivable to see the dirt both in the breakfast area and also the towels on the dirty deckchairs.... and the staff comfortably lying down to look at the cell phone.

The super deluxe rooms are ok, cottages are horrible

We were a huge group of about 30 people who had booked for the Xmas weekend. The cottages are small, with leaking toilets and horrible smelly water. There were frogs in my bed, linen was stained and the ACs dont work. The next day we were shifted to the delux rooms, which were neat and clean however the bathroom shower stall keeps overflowing. There are no bath mats or toiletries unless you ask for them specifically.
The restaurant is amazing with delicious food and excellent service.

Worst place ever

We left same day of arrival after finding a better property next door. The manager on check in was so disrespectful to us and kept on implying that we will have guys in our rooms, just because we had a friend helping us out.
Rooms were undergoing renovations as well as the entrance and restaurant. Noise till 6.30 pm in addition to the workers sitting in front of the rooms staring at us, felt so uncomfortable and unsafe during the few hours we spent there
This place is a disaster by all means, should be shut down forever. Rooms were also timy and full of bugs. Thankful we could move to another respectable property.
Photos are just a scam, the place looks nothing like the photos posted

Maitree resort at Arambol Beach

Best property to stay in North Goa. It is located at Arambol Beach. The resort offers to stay in cottage and deluxe room. We opted for deluxe double room, and I was amazed by the size of room. Room & washroom was very clean. Staff was friendly. The only minus of the property is the difficulty to locate it, there are no banners/hoardings, but you can use GPS or ask the locals around Arambol Beach. I didn't like the food at Maitree, but there's a cafe named "laughing budhha" right next to the resort which offers a variety of cuisines and tasty food.
I can easily rate the property 4.5/5
