Worst Hotel Ever Visited

ಬಾಲಾ ರೀಜೆನ್ಸಿ ಎಂದಿಗಿಂತಲೂ ಕೆಟ್ಟ ಹೋಟೆಲ್. ಅಶುದ್ಧ ಕೋಣೆಗಳು, ಭಯಾನಕ ಆಹಾರ, ಮತ್ತು "ಉಚಿತ ಉಪಾಹಾರ" ಎಂಬ ಹೆಸರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಅವಮಾನಕರ ಅನುಭವ. ಈ ಸ್ಥಳವನ್ನು ಎಲ್ಲ ರೂಪದಲ್ಲೂ ತಪ್ಪಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಿ—ಇದು ಆತಿಥ್ಯ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರಕ್ಕೆ ನಾಚಿಕೆ ತಂದಂತಾಗಿದೆ.
Bala Regency is hands down the most pathetic hotel I’ve ever had the misfortune of staying at. The rooms are in terrible condition—filthy, poorly maintained, and utterly uncomfortable. It's clear they don’t care about providing even the basics of cleanliness or comfort.
The so-called "complimentary breakfast" is an absolute joke. The quality of food they serve is appalling, and it feels like they are doing you a favor by offering it. The options are meager, stale, and barely edible. Frankly, it’s insulting to serve such low-quality food and call it breakfast.
The overall food quality is just as horrendous—bland, unhygienic, and not worth a penny. It’s impossible to imagine anyone being satisfied, no matter their standards.
This is not a place for anyone—whether you're a budget traveler or someone looking for decent service. The staff is indifferent, the amenities are nonexistent, and the experience is downright awful.
Avoid Bala Regency at all costs. It’s a disgrace to the hospitality industry.

Very very very bad experience

Pathetic, Pathetic, Pathetic
Arrogant reception people. They are taking advantage of location.after going to reception I regret booking here.
They charged breakfast for 5 year old kid that too for a suite room.except sad looking balcony ,there is nothing great of suite room
Asked for extra bed at 10 and they sent at 11.30 at night.they are not good human beings .
We are 5 of us .when we ordered finger chips,service guys gets it on small plate and when I asked for extra plates ,he says it rudely ....you should tell before hand .Their so called buffet restaurants in a shady place in 1st floor and old people can't climb......as there is no lift ...so inconsiderate.....
We visited hubli,shimoga and so many places in karnataka but this hotel is expensive filled with arrogant people

Cheating and Arrogant

I stayed at this hotel for two days in Room 503 and 504. Despite a promised early check-in over the phone, they charged an extra 6400 during checkout. The manager was rude, stating our rooms were only for a 23-hour check-out and insisting we should have left by 7 am. It's advisable to get everything in writing before booking due to their dishonesty and arrogant culture. I won't recommend or revisit because of their cheating mentality and illogical behavior.

pathetic hotel, staff ( Noor mohammed)

Booked 4rooms on 27th Sep 2023, staff especially Noor who sits at front desk is very rude with the guest as if he gives free cost of rooms. Pathetic Hotel I have ever visit. Do not visit this hotel if u r human

stayed one night ( TWO TIMES in last few months

Rooms are big and clean, No free water bottle , it is chargeable , bathroom accessories not provided , only gel soap available , Breakfast is very average ( only Idly ,Dosa ,suji halwa and Bread butter with tea , no other thing is available. Dinner : Vegetable was ok but Chapati was too cold to eat ,one can eat with icecream. Overall average for one day stay but if you want more than one day go to another hotel except Allum which is good but management is worst
