Wonderful Experience

Stay for 2nights it was very comfortable and pleasure experience stay here at Mount Embassy,Siliguri it's my third times stay here.The Room was cozy and quiet what I actually needs. All staff behavior are cordial,if you're in siliguri for shopping this property is perfect to stay.Speciall thanks to Ms.Kedeem from the Reservations she helped me to make the Booking and Ms.Rachna front desk. Will see you.

Worst experience ever

*0/5 – Worst stay in 5 years*
This hotel is one of the worst I have stayed in over the last five years.
There is no proper place in front of the hotel to get off the car. If you bring your own vehicle, dropping luggage is a hassle.
The hotel does not have a restaurant or any cooking facilities, yet they still take food orders from rooms. The food arrives completely cold, even after waiting two, three, or sometimes five hours. It is not worth eating.
They advertise complimentary breakfast, which should be served in the morning. Ours arrived at 12 noon. Every single item was cold, including the tea and coffee. The food was inedible.
Not even a cold bottle of water is available on request.
The behavior of every staff member is so rude that it cannot be expressed in words. No basic courtesy or willingness to help.
Zero hospitality, zero basic standards. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Not recommend

Uncomfortable stay but food is very good.. Taste of Without onion and garlic shahi paneer is great..

Horrible experience

Rooms line were not changed its used line its smelling, housekeeping staff were not helpful...even I told to change the linen but they ignore it ....i will never recommend to anyone.
