Great Hotel with a great hospitality and a courtesy staff
Reception - Ms. Niangnumawi, Ms. Bosia, a true hospitality, Courtesy, polite staff with always smile on face and very professional.
Neat and clean Room with basic amenities, Very prompt services, quick reply, professional well maintain property and well staff.
Overall it was good and very lovely stay but few things i would like to suggest as I'm a hotelier too.
1) I had ask to clean my room, even I have put a tag on door to clean my room but it was not clean.
2) Tea/Coffee maker/Tea Kettle is not provided as its a very basic amenities which every hotel keeps.
3) Food prices are too costly as compare to the city
4) The food which i have order, its just ok, not up to the mark so tasteless. Very poor in food part.
5) Water bottle ask them to refill from RO water but denied, this is very ridiculous and not acceptable at all. I have to buy only, non of the any hotels do this.
6) Buffet Breakfast was good but very less variety, no non veg items
The above mention points are basic things which each and every hotels provide.. so pls possible the management can look into..

Polite Staff and excellent location
Location is on the heart of the city
Not far from airport (20mins ) no traffic
Good eateries in the hotel and near the hotel: authentic manipuri items available in abundance
Staffs are polite and helpful
Clean and spacious rooms
Cons
Food may be on the saltier side
For individual who are not into spicy and hot food: make sure you mentioned to make ut less spicy or hot
