Worst experience.
The 3rd-floor room had only one towel and even a lizard near the basin. The next morning, there was no water supply at all — neither for the toilet nor for bathing. When we called the reception, they said there was a problem with the water tank and they were not sure how long it would take to fix it. Meanwhile, they gave us just one bucket of water for two people and only after we called them again did they provide a second bucket which came after 15–20 minutes. This caused a huge delay in our travel schedule.
The lift was also not working, which made it very difficult for my aged parents to climb to the 3rd floor. The rooms were small and congested, and the staff was uncooperative and rude. When we checked out, they even delayed by another 15–20 minutes in moving our luggage to the car because their staff was busy with other work.
We had booked the stay for two days but decided to check out that same morning itself after experiencing these terrible conditions. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable or well-managed stay.

Refreshing stay here
Gonna be back here soon on my next visit at Indore. Hotel Mint will surely going to be my first priority for stays. #indore is love.
