Fantastic Hospitality from Mr. Milind and the Entire Team ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Kyraid Hotel, Indore with my family . The rooms were clean, spacious, comfortable, and exceptionally well maintained, making my stay truly relaxing.
The highlight of my experience was the outstanding hospitality. Every single member of the team went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The reception staff were warm, efficient, and always ready to assist. The restaurant staff were incredibly courteous, attentive, and served every meal with a smile. The housekeeping team did a fantastic job of keeping the rooms spotless and ensuring every detail was taken care of. The room service staff were prompt, professional, and always willing to help.
A special mention and heartfelt thanks to Mr. Milind (Manager) for his exceptional leadership and personal attention to guests. His dedication to delivering outstanding service is reflected in the entire team's professionalism and positive attitude.
A big thank you to the entire Kyraid Hotel team for making my stay so comfortable and memorable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Indore for business or leisure. I will definitely look forward to staying here again!

It was an excellent experience.
Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was courteous, helpful, and always ready to assist.

Kyriad Hotel is a Fast Service and Nice Hospitality Brand to me.

1. Very Very Fast Service ! Hats off !! to your Cooperation, Behaviour, Cooperation and Fast Service even at night 3:00 am. I extended my stay because of their service.

24 hour Attentive Reception Staff : Hemant, Rohit, Lokesh, Rahul , Suhani & at Night Viren
( They Receive your Call In the First Ring and Complete your order within Two Minutes.)
House keeping Staff: Santram
3. They Have Taken No Charge for Early Check in and If Available They will give the Room in few Minutes and they Fully Co-operate with us when we slightly late at Checking out
4. Room and Bathroom Cleanliness is Good
5. Ambience is Good.
6. Extra bed is available at room.
7. Shower pressure with Hot Water is Good.
8. Housekeeping is very Good.
9. Bedsheets and Towels are Hygienic and proper clean & smelling Good.
10. Location is the advantage, Hotel Sayaji is just 500 m, Meghdoot Garden is just Crossing the Road, Bhandari Hospital is just 150 mtr away and lots of Pure Veg Food and Tea and Coffee stalls and Many Usable and eatable Shops are on Walkable distance and Fresh Orange juice Laree is just outside of the Hotel.

• Free Wifi (Every day different Password)
15. If you have any special Requests just Call them before reaching Hotel, They will give good response.
16. If you have More Luggage they will help you with it.
17. Taxi and Auto are easily available.
18. Food I haven't tasted as I am Pure Vegetarian and couldn't eat places where both meals served but outside many Good Restaurants are available.Just Google them.
19. Bathrooms are little small but Properly Clean.
20. Bed side table have corners but they cover them if you ask them.
21. Good Roadside view from the openable Window.
22. Good Option in this Budget and At this Location.
23. Sarafa Night Market is Approx. 7.5 kms away from this Place and you could get cab or Auto in around Rs. 150 to 200.
24. 5 kms from Indore Railway Station and Taxi will take around Rs. 100 to Rs. 250 depending on your Luggage.
24. I think I have Covered all the Points and nearest to the Truth.

Once is enough
We, both 70+ Senior Citizens, spent three days in this Hotel. It is located centrally and close to many Multi-Speciality Hospitals in the neighbourhood.
The Front Desk staff and the Room Service Staff were polite, helpful and courteous.
The morning Breakfast spread was quite basic but the food quality was very good.
Toiletieries were bare minimum. The bed was comfortable with clean linen.
The room was very small compared to the MPT Hotels that we had stayed and the lay out of the room leaves much to be desired. It is hard to believe that it is a part of an "International" Franchise. A small dirty window is the only opening for a view of the outer world, giving a claustrophobic feeling.
The lay out of the bathroom takes the cake. Having stayed in hundreds of Hotels around the globe, I found this crammed space an apology of a bathroom. There was no partition between the wet(bath) and Dry(commode) area. Worst still, there was no floor drain in the bathroom portion but the only drain was right across the room on the other end below the wash basin. Once the first person takes bath, the entire floor gets covered with soapy, slippery slushy bath water as it traverses across the floor to the drain point. Very risky for a senior citizen to venture in, till it gets dried.
It is no fun for young couples too. There is a "romantic" glass partion between the bedroom area and the Bathroom, may be with the idea of the spouse watching the other taking bath on the other side, while sitting on the bed.
Imagine if at that instant, if the Room Service chap comes with the breakfast you had ordered and rings the door bell. When you open the door, he can have an exciting direct view of the person bathing. Atleast a curtain should be provided to cover the partition if one desires so. As I said, a disappointing lay out-both for seniors as well as youngsters.
Oh, and one more thing. If you have the habit of taking bath in the evening after returning to the room, if you are ok with cold water it is fine. If you need hot water, you need to leave the hot water tap open till 3 or 4 buckets of cold water is wasted so that some luke warm water ( left over from the morning hot water storage) will start flowing.

May or may not return
stayed at Hotel Kyriad in Indore during May and found the overall experience to be below expectations. The room was clean but very small, and the bathroom was exceptionally cramped, making it quite uncomfortable to use. While the basic amenities were in place, the limited space made the stay less relaxing.
The food served at the hotel was average. Although it was fresh and well-prepared, it was extremely spicy, which may not suit everyone’s palate. The staff was polite and did their job, but their service was rather average and lacked the warmth or attentiveness that could have improved the overall stay.
One of the biggest drawbacks was the internet connectivity—or rather, the lack of it. I was unable to connect to the Wi-Fi for the majority of my stay, which caused major inconvenience as I had office-related tasks to complete. Despite reporting the issue, there was no effective resolution provided.
While the location may be convenient for some travelers, the lack of proper connectivity and the compactness of the rooms make it difficult for me to recommend this hotel, especially for business travelers. Unfortunately, I would not consider staying at Hotel Kyriad again in the future.
