Beware....get ready to listen excuses and arguments.
Pathetic is a better word. It is an under renovation property. Most of the amenities are not available. The room size available is smaller than quoted. And the excuse given was, we were not informed about your booking so we can offer you the room which is available.
Kunj, gave excuse quoting the police raid and Ramesh ji showd his limitations to provide us desired facilities.
Very small, unmaintained, stinking room and dusty property.
If you want to punish yourself this is an option.
They charge for the amenities which are under renovation and that is the excuse for every mistake. Ideally they can not sell under renovation property.

We would like to clarify that your reservation was made through our official website for a Super Deluxe Room. At the time of your late-night check-in, around 1:00 AM, our team followed the standard hotel policy of requesting valid ID proof for all staying guests, as required for guest safety and compliance.
The room booked was allotted as per the reservation. However, when you expressed dissatisfaction with the room, our team immediately tried to resolve the matter and, as a goodwill gesture, upgraded your stay to our Royal Suite despite the late hour.
Our team also extended additional support during your stay, including late-night railway station pickup, complimentary morning drop as per the website offer, an additional railway station drop at check-out, and late check-out till 3:00 PM.
Regarding renovation, yes, some renovation work is currently being carried out at the property. However, this work is not being done on the floors where guests are accommodated. That said, if you experienced any disturbance during your stay, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
We regret that despite our efforts, your experience was not satisfactory. Guest comfort is very important to us, and your feedback has been noted. We remain committed to offering warm hospitality, clear communication, and comfortable stays for all our guests.

Ok for one night but we didn't like it
Breakfast was good.
We shifted to Lemon Tree. Same price but miles better. Think true 4 star hotel.
