Okayish property, good customer service

The property is located right on the main road in Jamnagar, easily identifiable. The check in process was very smooth. The rooms were quite comfortable. One of the rooms given to us was stinking of unbearable cigarette smoke. Upon request the hotel staff immediately agreed to change our room.The geyser in the bathroom in one of the rooms was not functioning. The hotel staff immediately checked it and sorted the issue. Breakfast menu options were very few. The reception staff (morning shift) , restaurant staff and the house keeping staff were very courteous and made sure that our stay was comfortable.

Bad quality hotel.....

no air circulation inside room, zero ventilation
cant open windows due to mosquito provide,bcoz outside windows very bad condition kuda kachra and all...

Fairly decent stay.

The main plus point of this hotel is it’s location. It’s quite aptly located on the main road and is close to almost all places around. The hotel has one or two parking slots only. I think no breakfast was served too. The buildings around are too close and this blocks fresh air and ventilation in some rooms. So keeping the air conditioner on all the time is ideal. It’s also a bit noisy in the mornings. The linen could be cleaner. The bathrooms are big but not utmost clean. The hotel needs to be renovated now as almost all the fittings are outdated and worn out. The room service has fairly decent food and can be ordered anytime too. Overall an average stay but I would still rate it fairly decent as Jamnagar has very few good options.

A hotel worth the money

On 27 th Dec 2016 , I happened to stay in the Hotel Regency in Jamnagar, Gujarat, India . it is a good decent hotel with all the basic amenities , including a mini fridge and wifi. Located at a place where you do a bit of good shopping also, this hotel has a good restaurant too. The dishes are very good but seemed to a bit on higher side.
The wash room is clean and has water for 24 hrs. The ambience is good. the front office is very helpful .
The hot water is supplied by solar heating system and so hot water too is available all the time.
Parking space is limited.

Average hotel

Stayed overnight on the way to Kutch. Its ok for a night stay. Room was average, AC was old style and a bit noisy. Location was right at the head of the bed and was annoying. Secure 2-wheeler Parking was available. Service was average.
