Just everything you want from a hotel

Room had everything I needed. Nice bed, perfect bathroom.
Friendly staff. Perfect possibilities for food and drinks during all day. Good quality food.
Hotel is not far from the trainstation and I did most walking from the hotel and otherwise many tuktuks are just around the corner.

Good hotel

The hotel is quite centrally located and close to the train station. Services ok. There is a great smell of closed in the common areas, hallways etc. My friends' room had a musty smell. Great restaurant for breakfast, dinner with friendly but slow service.

A beautiful oasis of a hotel amidst crowded surroundings

The Silver Arcade Hotels exceeded my expectations of a hotel in a crowded town of Malda. The entrance is uninspiring , and so also the surroundings, but once you enter , you feel comfortable and safe. The rooms are well maintained and clean. Free snacks and water are provided and the restaurant serves decent food at reasonable rates. The service is good too.

Excellent pub !!

We were primarily looking for a good restaurant to dine and this one came up in google suggestions. The pub is on the top floor and name is Masala Zone. So we went to this pub and got a table for four of us. The ambience was simply excellent and one could barely distinguish this from a good pub in a major metro city like Kolkata, apart from the prices. The food was more than value for money. It was really cheap and good quality. For liquor we had black dog and a couple of cocktails. The view from the pub was great too, the malda bridge looked good because of the lighting of upcoming Durga Puja. Much recommended !!

Worst managed hotel

I booked 15days prior to my trip . On arriving they have taken me to another property which lacks basic service like intercom , billing or restaurant.
They don't even bother to inform customer about non availability of proper rooms.
Bad experience to say the least.
