Very bad.... 0/5 star

I had very bad experience in this hotel..... I never recommended to stay in this hotel... I faced lot of problem while staying like... Not found any recipient in morning at recipient table... Did not received any calls for help us... Water supply had cut off while bathing.. Flow of water in tap is very slow... Bed is very uncomfortable for sleeping.. And very bad experience i had faced..

Pathetic hotel-stinking rooms-bad staff behaviour

Pathetic hotel. Rooms stinking. Hotel staff humiliated when asked for rooms for check in at 12.45 pm. Then when asked for refund, they again humiliated and asked to leave and go to police for refund. Never ever consider this hotel for multiple reasons:
1. Very far from the main road
2. Rooms are not what is shown in pics
3. Most importantly Staff behaviour - they will abuse you and if you get into arguments they will physically hurt you

Not recommended for work from home

I traveled from London to Manali for a week to work from this beautiful city. I had booked a place and was very excited to stay there. Initially, the staff was friendly and even allowed me to check in early. I arrived one hour before the designated check-in time.
However, when the staff took me to my hotel room, I discovered that the entry lock handle was broken. Inside the room, I was dismayed to find it very dirty, with broken and damaged sockets. Only one socket was functional. I immediately informed the receptionist about the condition of the room and requested for it to be cleaned. They eventually cleaned the room.
Furthermore, their Wi-Fi was unreliable, making it unsuitable for remote work. I do not recommend this property for work-from-home purposes.
Later that day, when I tried ordering food, I realised the reception number was not working. I had to use the contact number I found on the booking.com site to place my order.
Due to the unsatisfactory experience, I decided to modify my booking and informed the receptionist that I would only be staying for two days instead of the entire week.
During checkout, the staff tried to overcharge me compared to the rates displayed on the booking.com website. They were quite aggressive and even threatened to make me pay for the entire week, despite the fact that I had only stayed for two days. I strongly advise against choosing this property for a long-term stay.

Don't provide good service and food

Very bad service, high price with poor service, TV without cable, wifi no working, food prices are very high with average quality. Even don't provide dry towels, tea is pathetic railway station tea is better than they serve to us. We ordered shahi paneer they serve us kadhi panner in short bad experience.

Very bad experience

I went there on 30 Dec to 2 Jan with cousin (11 people).that was very bad experience.daily repeat breakfast and dinner.food was 3rd class. may be stale food every time.no Colgate-brush in bathroom, bucket was very dirty.houskeeping service was very slow.
