Great experience

Bang opposite the Jogeshwari railway station, just off the busy Swami Vivekananda Road, this hotel offers great connectivity options.
The rooms are clean & spacious and the staff is very helpful. The breakfast has good spread, plenty of options to choose from.

Looks Like 4-Star, Feels Like 2-Star

Very disappointing hotel. In my experience, this feels more like a 2-star hotel disguised as a 4-star property. The entrance looks appealing, but unfortunately the experience goes downhill once you reach the rooms.
The rooms are extremely compact and uncomfortable—even a single cabin-size suitcase can make it difficult to move around. The washrooms are tiny, the floors felt sticky, and there was a strong smoking smell apparently left from previous occupants.
Several basic appliances were also not working, including the AC and night lamps (video attached). For a hotel claiming a higher category, this is simply not acceptable.
Overall, the property looks much better from the outside than the actual stay experience. Very disappointing and definetly not a place I’d stay at again. There’s a lot more to add but I’m just sticking to main points, the only reason I have increased the rating is that they cooperated with me on early checkin (not easily but they did otherwise it would be 1 star)
I wouldn’t recommend it based on my experience.

Close to Railway Station if someone buys Firstclass Ac pass to travel Mumbai subs and downtown this hotel is the best choice

Very nice Hotel in this Budget

Date 9th July 2025 (Room 406)
1. Staff and their Behaviour are Very Nice. Specially Priya ji Handling very well.
Very Helpful. Anam and Abdul Rehman Khan also managing well. Pic of them I shared here.
2. They provide room if available even 3 hours before, as they have given us at 11:00 am (when Check in Time is 2 pm)
3. If you have more Luggage and Your Train is Early , No issues -You could drop it at Hotel Clifton and They will take care of it and you can easily roam around.
4. Beutiful Ambience.
5. Parking Facility is here in this Hotel.
6. Entrance is Good with 4 to 5 stairs to enter.
7. One big Lift is outside so May be this Hotel is Wheelchair Accessible.
8. Nearby Nesco (Only 3 kms away 20 - 25 mins to reach ) but If you have more Luggage it's Hard to Book OLA Prime SUV s or Uber XL & Even Autos. Booking Vehicle is more Time Consuming. (We experienced this issue 3 times in just one day. When No Ola / Uber booked Approx. 20 autos denied to go to Nesco from Cliffton )
9. Banks and Market Place are on Walkable Distance.
10. Now I am telling about Rooms:
✓Very Clean and Hygienic
✓ Good View from Big Glass Window
✓ Bedsheets & Towels are Very Clean
✓ Rooms are smelling Good.
✓ Not a Single Mosquito or Flies
✓ Bathrooms and Toilets are Super
Clean
✓ Proper Amenities are available like
Toothpaste & Brushes as per
person, Comb, Shaving kit & Gel
Shampoo, Bodywash, Shower Cap
Loofah & even Show Shiner
✓ Proper Hot & Cold Water
✓ Good Exhausting Fan
✓ Enjoy Proper Quick Showers
11. A/C cooling is Good.
12. Locker, Fridge, Boiling water Bottle, Tissues , 3 half litre Water Bottles, Tea, Sugar and all
13. Proper Sitting Table Chair besides Big Window with Pencil and Small Notebook
14. Free Wifi available .
15. Peaceful Environment with Little bit of Traffic noise.
16. I think I have covered all the Points to the Best of my Knowledge and Nearest to the Truth.
17. One More Thing After We Enter in Night The Room was Super Clean. Hotel Clifton have done a Great Job with their Master Key.
