Misty Mountain Resort
The resort also offers a variety of activities such as campfires and trekking, which kept the experience engaging and enjoyable. It’s a good choice for those who want a mix of relaxation and light adventure.
That said, there were a few drawbacks. The rooms felt a bit compact, which might be a concern for longer stays or for those expecting more spacious accommodation. The swimming pool was another letdown, as it was quite small and the nearby construction affected both the ambiance and overall experience.
Despite these minor issues, the calm location, scenic views, and available activities make it a worthwhile stay. With some improvements in room size and pool maintenance, it could easily elevate to an even better experience.

Good location, average stay.
While the stay was not bad, the rooms and bathrooms require better maintenance and improved cleanliness. The breakfast buffet was decent, and the restaurant offered a fairly good variety of food options.

Ok ok stay
Room Ambience - 2 out of 5 ( old property, very old bedsheets and towels).
Front office - 5 out of 5(helpful)
Room Service - 5 out of 5 (Very Quick and good)
Swimming Pool - 1 out of 5 (you can't step inside, very small namesake pool and poorly maintained).
Welcome Drink - 0 out of 5 (Gave half filled in use and throw small paper tea cup, that was also tasting horrible, wish they never gave us this.)
This is less of resort. More of hotel. Families might get bored and may feel like another business hotel stay.
**Important** .. everyone in reviews are taking about good view, but please be reminded that there is a catch here. There are two options, 1. Vally view another Hill Side, By mistake if you book at hill side, you are cooked, it's terrible... forget about good view, you won't even have proper ventilation, I realised that after reaching the property, then they asked 2000/- extra for same room towards vally side. So please take care while doing the booking. Vally view is certainly good.
Over all I paid 6.5k without AC small room including breakfast with hill view for one night at this hotel. Very before day for almost half of the price 3.5k including breakfast I stayed in another super cool resort with wonderful engagement and experience. So there are plenty of other options in munnar do right search.
