Outstanding Experience at Hotel Jakson!

I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Jakson! The staff was warm and welcoming from the moment I arrived, making check-in a breeze. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, providing everything needed for a comfortable stay.
The location is perfect, close to major attractions and great dining options. The hotel’s restaurant was excellent, especially the diverse and delicious breakfast buffet. What stood out most was the exceptional service – every staff member was attentive and committed to making my stay memorable.
Overall, Hotel Jakson offers a great mix of comfort, convenience, and outstanding service. Highly recommended, and I look forward to staying here again!

Comfortable Friendly Hotel

I had visited Phaltan for a School Get-together with my family and had the pleasure to stay at Pride Elite (Jakson Inn) under new Management. All the Staff were very helpful and made all efforts to make our stay, specially for my 99 Yrs old Mother. Mr Umesh Gupta the General Manager is very courteous and helpful, he along with Mr Swapnil made our stay very comfortable and a very enjoyable stay. Breakfast served in the morning is very delicious and served hot and fresh. I will definitely stay in this Hotel on my next visit.

Very good experiance

Very good hotel with great atmosphere... Very clean.. Courteous staff..... Food was great.... Please add some more variety to vegeaterian menu..... Very clean and neat washrooms...... Thank u for complementary cake

Hotel Jakson Phaltan .Exceptional hospitality

Best service and excellent hospitality. Have been coming to Jakson for past 7 years.
Mr Swapnil ; Mr Navnath; Mr Sumit ; Miss Gayatri.; Miss Niketa all are very helpful and take really good care .
Mr Shailesh Rajadhyaksha should be complimented on the superb training and maintaining international standards
Our Dr sister in law from US was also highly impressed.
Do keep up the great work

Pleasant location

Hotel location is very pleasant . Rooms and hotels are neat and clean. Food quality is also good. You feel close to nature. Needs to improve on internet connectivity . Staff are cooperative and well mannered. Need to maintain swimming popl hygeine.
