Excellent Hotel

Lovely hotel with excellent staff and very good and reasonably priced food. The room was fine but when we opened the windows the smell of the smokers outside filtered into the room and the toilet had a cistern that didn’t flush well; thus the reason I didn’t give a 5 rating. However would highly recommend this hotel.

Wedding review

We just wanted to say a huge thank you for everything you did to make our wedding day so special.
From the very beginning, you were so helpful, organised, and supportive, and nothing ever seemed like too much trouble. On the day itself, everything ran so smoothly, and we were able to relax and enjoy every moment knowing everything was in such capable hands.
Please also pass on our thanks to all of the staff. Everyone was so friendly, attentive, and welcoming, and they truly couldn't have done enough for us or our guests. The food was absolutely amazing, and we've had so many compliments from our family and friends about the whole day.
Thank you for helping to create such wonderful memories that we will cherish forever. We are so grateful for all of your hard work and dedication, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend your venue to anyone planning their wedding. The service was second to none we hope every couple has the same experience as we did thanks so much again ❤️❤️

Not a great stay

Location is quite good, but the hotel rooms are very tired and like an oven. We were supplied with a desk fan that was plastic so I requested another one but it was still unbearably hot, the hotel has air-conditioning downstairs in the bar and lobby but none upstairs which is ridiculous. The staff are the saving grace of this hotel, amazing. But the management need to improve the rooms. The evening meals were nice, with a good selection, but nothing amazing. The breakfast was terrible with only a cooked full irish and a yogurt and some fruit on offer, Overall even if the room was cooler I still wouldn't stay here again.

Great place for a function

Held a function in the Ardboyne Hotel in early July. Boyne suite was fabulous, staff were excellent & food was lovely . Great experience

Lovely hotel, staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was wonderful good choices and wonderful wait staff. Check out time was nice and made it we could our time
