Great

Excellent structure, very helpful owner, excellent location for those arriving in Bologna, excellent location for excursions or for taking public transport, the structure is super equipped, clean, excellent internal position with garden

DISGUSTING.

It's disgusting to stay at this B&B.
The images that promote it are not reality, perhaps they were 20 years ago.
Dirty, very very dirty, smell of damp towels and broken shower around every corner, which makes if you try to clean completely flood the bathroom. Terrible experience, ruined our nights in Bologna! We do not recommend it!

Ask before you go for check-in instructions

The decor so well kept and the location is 4/5 minutes from the Central Train Station
In treatment by Fabio (allegedly the manager). Considering that the reservation was charged on my card 8 days before and that the check-in was from 11 am to 6:30 pm, I found the amount of Whatsapps of this gentleman totally unnecessary to know my arrival time. I wasn't aware that the reservation was um B&B until that morning. I was in another city and I had to solve several problems and catch a train, which according to what time was 1h/1:30h approx. I informed him that I would arrive at a specific time (I pulled long so as not to catch my fingers) and within the check-in time. That's where the odyssey started, that he couldn't be, that he had to go, etc. and he sent me some pictures with marks so I could get the keys. I was puzzled because I didn't understand anything and it seemed surreal. I practically treat myself silly because according to him I was an exaggerated (I still don’t know why) and since I couldn’t follow such easy instructions. My unease was growing at times and I later received some videos with instructions (I imagine that was where I could not do it). I do not know if when he wrote the latter he had already sent them and I received them later. Conclusion, I told him that I was already doing with the video and to leave (I am summarizing it). He also told me that there was 24h support... and I wrote to him at 7:25 in the morning to see how he did to open the door of the street and at the same time leave the keys in the room....he replied 1:30h later. That I no longer needed as I had to find my own life so I could leave and leave the keys inside the flat. It overwhelmed me, stressed me out and made me cranky all day

Comfortable and spacious

Located in a building very close to the station; the building is quite old, but in fact it is just a quick passage (no natural light, carpet on the floor); the apartment has a small entrance where there is a table with coffee machine and microwave and an information table; the doors facing the entrance lead to the rooms; the room I booked is renovated in a modern style, although with low quality materials; in some areas, especially in the bathroom, there are some damaged spots... the room is regenerated once a day, you can smell a persistent scent when you enter... there is a fabric sofa with a suspended TV, two coffee tables, a double bed with two shelves, a small corridor with mirror and wardrobe in which there is a small fridge... a French window leads to a terrace overlooking the nearby buildings; there is no shortage of natural light, while artificial light, despite the numerous lamps, is barely sufficient; there is a large blind private bathroom with fan, a shower to be fixed (the shower head leaks and there seems to be a lot of limescale); there is a wall-mounted hairdryer, a basket, hangers; bidet and toilet are directed diagonally and are too close to each other (difficult to sit on the bidet, you have to be thin to fit); breakfast: the manager is not present, unless upon request, therefore some coffee pods and tea bags, some packaged products (brioches, mini plum cakes, single portion Nutella, rusks, jam, milk), biscuits are left available and cereals in two airtight jars; management is informal, but helpful; I received precise instructions from the manager himself to reach the room on the same day; in this solution there is everything needed for those looking for a smart solution.

Volvería sin dudarlo

Todo. El trato personal con Leonardo fue exquisito. Las instalaciones fabulosas. A 3 minutos de la estación de tren. La habitacion de unos 50m2. Cama king size. Una terraza de unos 40 metros2 solo para la habitación. Hervidor de agua. Mini bar (vacio pero encendido lo cual mejor porque así no hay gastos extras). Desayuno correcto. Dos mesas en la habitación, sofá, Televisión super grande. Baño grande y completo con cabida de hidromasaje. Como llovía ese día hay paragüas a disposición. El propietario se preocupó de si llegaba en hora o no y me dejó su teléfono por si tenía algún problema.
Totalmente aconsejable
