Superb experience in Moena
All amazing, beautiful suite with jacuzi, double room ideal for working while the other sleeps and even the roof garden (room 10). Breakfast and dinners perfect: doses not too abundant but superb quality

A short walk from the center of Moena.
We stayed at this beautiful property, a few hundred meters from the center of Moena.
Convenient free parking available where you can park your car in peace.
Delicious and varied breakfast served in the morning, both sweet and savory.

disastrous
When booking, we were sent a quote stating among the ancillary services the possibility of using the SPA at an additional cost of € 15.00. However, upon our arrival, the above option was unavailable, as – according to a receptionist, who arrived only after a wait of about 30 minutes – the Service would be operational only in the winter. This circumstance, however, had not been previously communicated nor reported in the information material attached to the quotation, thus configuring a possible omission relevant for the purpose of correct consumer information, pursuant to the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree no. 206/2005).
In addition, on our evening return, which took place at 20:40, we were forced to collect the room keys independently, in the absence of reception staff. From what we have learned, this would be due to the fact that the staff is mainly employed at the adjacent resort, of a higher category, resulting in inattention and poor supervision of the structure occupied by us.
These circumstances, taken as a whole, have negatively affected the overall experience of the stay and appear not to meet the standards of hospitality that one would expect from a professional accommodation facility.
In addition, on our evening return, which took place at 20:40, we were forced to collect the room keys independently, in the absence of reception staff. With great regret, I find myself forced to publicly share my bad experience at the Hotel Park Leonardo, where I stayed (or rather, attempted to stay) from January 3 to 6, 2025.
Upon my arrival, much to my bewilderment, I was informed that my reservation was cancelled, despite having regularly paid the deposit and received written confirmation of both the reservation and online check-in. The superficiality with which the reception staff handled the situation was gruesome: no one could give me an explanation, let alone showed any intention of resolving the problem within a reasonable time. I waited over two hours in the lobby, receiving no reassurance.
In the end, I was allocated a lower category room than the one I booked, with no mention of the downgrade. The allocated room was significantly smaller in size and comfort, with obvious problems. Some of these include the safe that is unusable because it does not have a lock, the television that does not work because it does not have the necessary cables, and the spaces, so small that they are hardly suitable even for one person, let alone for a couple. Despite promptly reporting to staff both the problem of the safe and the television, no one bothered to intervene to solve the critical issues.
As if that wasn’t enough, the services advertised by the hotel, such as the ski lift shuttle and ski rental, proved to be completely non-existent. Again, the staff could not provide a plausible explanation or justification.
Despite the treatment received and the serious inconvenience suffered, I was still required to pay the full original amount, without any reduction, compensation or even a minimum of apology for the inconvenience. It is unacceptable for a facility to operate with such superficiality, completely ignoring the inconvenience of customers.
I tried several times to contact the hotel management via email to explain what happened, but I never received any response.
I think it is my duty to warn anyone who is thinking of staying at this property: the risk of living a similar experience to mine is real.

Good hotel, but only 3 stars.
Exaggerated price for 2 nights in suites on 30 and 31 December. I warned for a background noise every 3 seconds day and night, but it was not fixed. Drainage of stagnant bidet. 1 sachet of shampoo-shower and a small bar of soap each. Melted bulbs. Breakfast not quality. Check out at 10am on January 1.
