Extremely negative review
The room was advertised with a balcony, but we found only a sealed window, impossible to open. Stifling and unsuitable environment, especially for a claustrophobic person.
The bathroom was tiny and the shower so small that it was unusable.
Outside the property, the situation was dangerous: people insistently asking for money and illegal parking attendants demanding payment for a free street parking space.
The property denied everything when Booking.com asked for clarification, demonstrating a lack of transparency in management.
Despite the early departure, they collected the entire tourist tax, even for the unused days.
Property to be avoided without hesitation: deceptive conditions, unsafe environment, and improper behavior toward the customer.
