Great place. Great location. Very spacious. Like very spacious. With nice bathrooms and a balcony. The parking space inside the land was an amazing extra tha you don’t find often as we were travelling for 2000 km and we had a lot of stuff to protect in our roof box. So perfect for us. We were travelling with a baby that slept like a baby. And the breakfast was delivered in the room. Which was nice because of how tired we were. Definitely we recommend the place.

Excellent facilities and strategic location

Strategic place near the seafront and nice restaurants at the right price. Structure with staff always present on site friendly and professional. Private parking included in the price and beautiful outdoor area well maintained. Room tidy, clean and functional. Very good breakfast. Price absolutely in line with similar facilities. Experience to repeat.

Return

We returned to this property for a 3 night stay. This time too we had a good time, in particular we appreciated the location near the pine forest of Pescara, the large car park, the size of the rooms, the cleanliness and the breakfast. Perhaps the soundproofing of the rooms on the ground floor needs to be improved; considering that check-in and entry take place via code received in advance, not all customers who enter the facility for the first time, especially at late hours, have the foresight to respect the sleep of others,
