Excellent, cosy little B&B in a great location!

Great location to town centre, with a quiet and secure entrance. Francesca emailed very clear entry information as well as leaving a personalised note on the entry panel. The room and all facilities, if a little small, were very welcoming, clean and comfortable (made up every day) with excellent attention to detail. On the 2nd day it was noticed that we needed additional pillows and 2 more appeared without us having to ask. Also, a little stool appeared in the bathroom for some of my toiletries as I had put them on the floor. For breakfast there was a good selection of cold meats, cheese, cereals (but no eggs!) with daily varied warm options....all served with great friendliness and enthusiasm. Fresh cake, hot drinks, biscuits and fruit were available for guests to help themselves to at any time - a very generous gesture. It felt very homely and going back after a long day sightseeing was a genuine pleasure!
