Customer service was excellent. Filipino man receptionist was very helpful and friendly. Location was perfect!! Train was 2 min walk and bus to the airport was cheap and just across the street. Will stay again!!

Nice Hotel On The Outskirts Of Rome

The hotel is located on the outskirts of the city centre and is a 3 minute walk to the nearby Cornelia metro station which is very handy. It takes around 20 minutes to reach the city centre on the metro. It's a good location to stay in if you want to visit Rome on a budget. I booked a double room and got upgraded to a triple room which was bigger and had a sofa bed in it which was nice. The hotel is decorated in a Roman style which is very unusual looking but also feels very appropriate for a hotel in Rome. The thing that let the hotel down for me is the fact that the air conditioning didn't really work very well and my room was very warm, even at the start of March so dread to think how hot it gets in the summer months. I tried opening the windows for a while but the hotel sits on a busy main road and you can here lots of noise from that. Even with the windows closed I could still hear sirens going past every 10 minutes. The road noise didn't die down until after midnight. I did find it quite hard to sleep due to how hot the room was and the lack of sound proofing. The hotel didn't offer breakfast at the time of my stay but there is a McDonalds just down the road from the hotel about a minutes walk away which offers lots of affordable breakfast options.

Clean bedroom and nice bathroom.
Hotel is located near a metro station, so you can reach every place in the city in a few minutes.

No bar, just one staff member and not family friendly. The place was old and smelled old. Dont recommend at all. Overall terrible place to stay. The vibe was just off, the area also seemed unsafe, sketchy people on the sidewalks, not close to anything. Would not return to this place, me and my friend had to book another stay that same night since we felt uncomfortable staying at this place. Save your money and dont stay here.

Value is worth

I enjoyed my stay this past week. Very convenient location being a 2 minute walk from the metro. Elmer is an extremely kind employee there. Room was clean and the value was worth it imo. I will say I could hear the other guests through the rooms next door, but it wasn't a big issue to me. Also, getting dropped off and picked up by the entrance is a little awkward with where the street is and how they can park lol.
