The place is very pretty, very clean, nice design and atmosphere. Everything very stylish and organized. Very good location in the town as everything is accessible.
Staff in general very friendly and helpful except one but don’t want to talk about it here.

Perfect ski holidays
From start to finish everything was perfect.
Clean and well located hotel, very nice staff, warm welcome, all comforts were present, sauna , indoor and outdoor pool , whirlpool .
The meals were excellent
The village offering activities at all levels, skiers and non-skiers!
An address to discover absolutely!

Unforgettable skiing days in a great hotel and enchanting mountains
Newly converted and extended hotel in a prime location with direct access to the ski slopes – ideal for a relaxing ski holiday. The optional all-inclusive offer meets almost every wish: a very rich, excellent breakfast, a well-stocked lunch buffet, coffee and cake in the afternoon and a varied dinner, accompanied by good drinking wines.
We were particularly impressed by the relaxation possibilities with sky pool and wellness area.
In small areas, the service still shows slight, underutilized potential, but the hotel is visibly working on it.
However, it must also be mentioned that a pulsating own brand (Ernesto) not only fulfilled the wishes of the guest, but also immediately.
Another highlight was skiing with Chef Lukas on the Madritsch in the best snow conditions and pure sunshine at the end of April 2026 – an unforgettable pleasure.
The stay has its price, but was worth every euro for us. For this reason, we have already booked our extraordinary room with Ortler view for next year.
We were particularly impressed by the relaxation possibilities with sky pool and wellness area.

excellent food and service
I had a wonderful stay at the Hotel myParadies and am really thrilled. My expectations—especially in terms of food and service—were more than exceeded.
Being vegan, I had prepared myself in advance to live mainly on muesli, fruit, and salad for a week. So I was all the more surprised when the chef conjured up a delicious and varied vegan menu for me every evening. The dishes were creative, lovingly prepared, and a highlight every evening. Huge praise to the chef and the entire kitchen team. I had the impression that the chef heard “vegan” and thought, “challenge accepted.
The service was also excellent without exception. All the staff were informed that I was “the vegan” and were always able to advise me very well. I was always offered suitable alternatives and I really felt that the team was very keen to satisfy me – and they made it look so effortless and natural.
A special thank you goes to the waiters Franco and Ernesto. Both were incredibly attentive, interested, and motivated to make my stay as pleasant as possible. You could tell how much they enjoyed their work.
The service at the bar was also excellent. After just one day, the bartender knew what we liked to drink without asking and surprised us with delicious drinks every evening.
Last but not least, the service at reception was very friendly and warm.

Nice location and excellent cuisine – otherwise disappointing for the price
4 nights over New Year's Eve
We spent four nights over New Year's Eve at My Paradise in Solda. Positively noteworthy are the location directly on the slopes and the excellent cuisine: very good, high-quality food at any time of the day. The housekeeping was impeccable and the bartender Zaki did a great job.
Cons: The house seems partly unfinished — many public areas and rooms are coolly designed , shelves and walls without decoration, materials used sometimes do not look valuable ..The roof pools were cold , so not usable (only a hot tub was warm), the indoor pool is from the 80s. Services advertised on the homepage (e.g. retreat applications, backpacks ) were not available. There was no drinking water in the rooms, the minibar was empty. Staff at reception and restaurant seemed overwhelmed; the restaurant manager was very reserved. On constructive criticism, the hotel management showed little interest — as compensation for the noted shortcomings we later received only a 10% voucher which would be valid for another stay , which we will not accept.
Conclusion: Kitchen, location and cleanliness are very good. Overall, however, the hotel appears overpriced, as the facilities and service do not meet the required price level. Sulden itself is beautiful and worth a visit; however, I would not choose this hotel again for the asking price.
