Check-in needs improvement.

With my group (57), we stayed at this hotel, excellent location, clean rooms. However, I find the surcharge for a single room excessive, especially considering that the 3 available are less pleasant than the doubles.
A negative note was the check-in; despite having sent the complete rooming list with all participant details well in advance (months before), upon arrival, documents were still requested from all guests, causing a long wait. If additional information was needed (which has never been requested in other hotels), it would have been preferable to ask for it before arrival.
Advice on reviews.

Siamo lieti che abbia apprezzato la posizione della struttura e la pulizia delle camere. Prendiamo inoltre nota della Sua osservazione riguardo alla camera singola.
Per quanto riguarda il check-in, desideriamo precisare che, ai sensi della normativa italiana, siamo obbligati a verificare personalmente il documento di identità di ogni ospite al momento dell'arrivo e a registrarne i dati prima dell'assegnazione della camera. Anche se riceviamo in anticipo una rooming list completa, la verifica del documento originale rimane un adempimento previsto dalla legge e non può essere sostituita dai dati trasmessi preventivamente.
Ci dispiace per l'attesa che ciò ha comportato e cerchiamo sempre di svolgere questa procedura nel minor tempo possibile, soprattutto in presenza di gruppi numerosi.
La ringraziamo ancora per il Suo prezioso feedback e ci auguriamo di poterLa accogliere nuovamente in futuro.

Forgettable

The only quality is that it is located a few steps from the train station. This is, however, at the same time the worst of its many flaws, given that it is not possible to reach the property by car and even less to park, except precisely at the station. Small and impractical rooms, bidet not found, elevator that does not reach the floor, forcing you to take half a flight of stairs with luggage. Small and poorly designed breakfast room reachable only by a flight of stairs to be taken on foot

perfect for solo travellers

The staff is very friendly and helpful and from what I saw our room was clean. It’s a decent location around 10mins from Canal Grande and close to the main train station. I wouldnt recommend it for a family but definitely for two people or as a solo traveller since the rooms actually are quite small. The breakfast was fresh but there’s not very much to choose from but it’s definitely enough for a few days.

We stayed for just one night: "test" passed

Beautiful structure very close to the station and the city center. Quiet room on the 4th floor (soundproofed), spacious and well-furnished. Large and comfortable bathroom. Breakfast room inside a beautiful environment on the top floor, pleasant light and courteous service. Abundant sweet and savory breakfast, nothing to complain about.
Excellent price.

GREAT LOCATION, VERY KIND STAFF

I stayed with my husband in this hotel located near the Central Station of Trieste during our visit to this beautiful city. The rooms are small but kept perfectly clean, soundproofed, and with a renovated bathroom. The breakfast, both sweet and savory, is average. There is still a good selection of products. The staff is extremely kind overall, and we thank them for the care they dedicate to interpersonal relationships. A hotel to recommend both for its excellent location and for its value for money.
