Bellissimo e confortevole!
Questo splendido appartamento è stata la mia confortevole dimora a Torino per un mese e mezzo. Si trova in una posizione strategica perchè è a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro, ma affaccia su una strada poco trafficata, pertanto è una soluzione molto silenziosa e tranquilla. Inoltre, l'appartamento è anche ben collegato con i mezzi pubblici (sotto casa passa la linea 10, che in 4 fermate permette di raggiungere la stazione di Porta Susa) ed è circondato da tutti i servizi essenziali quali supermercati, farmacie, tabacchi, lavanderie, alimentari, bar, nonchè dal mercato di Porta Palazzo in cui si possono facilmente trovare ottimi prodotti a buon prezzo (in particolare frutta e verdura).
L'appartamento si trova in un condominio moderno e tranquillo ed è ordinato e pulito, provvisto di tutti i comfort e di un'ottima connessione wifi: non ho avuto alcun problema a fare smart working nè videochiamate lunghe anche un paio d'ore. Tra gli aspetti che ho apprezzato di più c'è il terrazzino: la vista sulla Dora è spettacolare!
Matteo è un ospite eccezionale, gentilissimo, molto disponibile e simpatico.
In conclusione, consiglio sinceramente questo appartamento sia per brevi che medi periodi (prezzo molto competitivo)!

Bad location and neighborhood for tourists
We went to Italy last month, traveled for a couple of weeks and stayed in several different hotels and B&Bs. This B&B was our least favorite, by far. In fact, the sole purpose of this review is to make sure that others don’t find themselves in a situation similar to ours. From the very beginning, I’d like to mention that the owner of the B&B was very nice, welcoming and helpful in providing tourist tips about Turin. Also, the apartment itself was more or less OK – it most certainly could take a good round of thorough cleaning (the light switchers were so dirty that we couldn’t even touch them before cleaning them with hand sanitizer!) The WiFi signal was really bad, most of the time we barely had a connection. Breakfast was a muffin; there were also some cereal, milk, tea, coffee, jam… The apartment we had was with a “river view”; well, it was indeed on the river side, but we found nothing picturesque about the view. To be fair, though, those were not the things that really put that B&B at the very bottom of the list for us. As they say, “location, location, location”... While looking for a place to stay in Turin, we needed a property that had parking (we had a rental car). So, we knew that we’d be looking at properties not exactly in the city center. But nothing prepared us for what we actually saw. This B&B is located in a dirty, rundown multiethnic neighborhood, far away from the city center and tourist attractions. We are used to use public transportation when we travel but we couldn’t find anything convenient close by. The closest Hop On Hop Off stop is on the central square which is about 30 min of rather unpleasant walk through dirty, smelly streets... Personally, we didn’t feel comfortable walking around the neighborhood after dark and had to take taxi from the city center back to the B&B at night (so add another $15 euros to your expenses). As a note -- we found that the actual building where the B&B is located seemed new, felt quite safe and secure with controlled access (gate and fence around it).
We thought that this property may be better for someone who comes to Turin not as a
tourist and is looking for a cheaper place to stay and doens't care much about the location and the surroundings...
We will most certainly not stay in this B&B again and will not recommend it to others.

Piacevole
Comodo se si arriva in auto. Spazi ampi, pulito e Matteo è davvero accogliente!
Migliorerei un pò la colazione.. la brioche e la macchinetta del caffè fa sempre il suo perchè!! Per tutto il resto tutto ok!! Posto comodo sia per il centro che per lo stadio!! Consigliato!!

Alcuni problemi
Si presenta come un B&B ma in realtà è un appartamento individuale con uno stanzino per la colazione.
Cominciamo dai vantaggi: l'appartamento è pulito, il proprietario gentile, ed il costo è leggermente inferiore ad altre opzioni nelle vicinanze (almeno nel periodo in cui siamo stati noi).
Svantaggi: la colazione si riduce a due muffin, cereali, due barattoli aperti di marmellata e latte, da mantenersi per l'intera durata, quindi è un po' discutibile dire che la colazione sia "compresa" (fondamentalmente è un appartamento con qualche provvista iniziale). La posizione non è niente di che, si arriva a piedi al centro in una ventina di minuti, oppure camminando in cinque minuti si può prendere un autobus, ma di sera il quartiere non dà grande sicurezza (almeno questa è l'impressione).

Bellissimo appartamentino!
Sono stata in questo appartamento con 4 amiche. È all’interno di un edificio nuovo e si ha un ingresso indipendente proprio come un appartamento. Il proprietario, molto gentile e disponibile, da le chiavi che devono essere poi riconsegnate al termine del soggiorno, quindi potevamo muoverci in totale autonomia. Per quanto riguarda la posizione si è ben collegati con i mezzi poichè c’è la fermata dell’autobus pochi metri più avanti. La colazione è semplice ma molto carina, infatti vengono dati tutti gli strumenti necessari per farla all’interno dell’appartamento in modo da poterla fare in autonomia. L’appartamento aveva il salotto con cucina, tavolo da pranzo, tre posti letto e un balcone molto grande, il bagno molto ben curato e infine una camera matrimoniale.
Ci siamo trovate molto bene, lo raccomando!
