Just perfect

Wow! Just wow. A 10/10 to all the staff I come across. Service was great especially from the reception area extending to the restaurant. Served by Peter"great communication bytha way" whom I first thought was a supervisor"well groomed really stood out"to be honest.
Rooms were cleaned, everything organized adequately furnitured. Got a room facing Mara which I loved tbh. Great location near Maasai Mara
Good conference hall and stood out from Hotels I've visited in Narok"won't mention names"anyway thanks to Joyce for hooking me up and my team.

Disappointing Stay – Basic Comfort Standards Not Met

My stay at Mara Frontier was unfortunately disappointing. During a cold season, the hot water in the room was not working, which made the experience quite uncomfortable. Despite following up with reception, the response and support were not helpful, and the issue remained unresolved.
Considering the rate paid, I expected basic amenities such as reliable hot water to be guaranteed. It is unfortunate that fundamental hospitality standards were not met. I hope the management prioritizes investment in essential guest services and basic quality controls to prevent similar experiences for future visitors.

A beautiful place in Narok.

Located off Narok town, hence quiet. The rooms were new and clean. The bathroom was small, but it had sufficient amenities. The service was good. The pool is heated. The kitchen did not get our food orders right, and we ended up not enjoying our dinner. The breakfast buffet was good.

The restaurant took almost 2 hours to bring our food and on top of this they double charged our credit card. The manager was very apologetic and assured us that the restaurant would cancel one of the transactions, but still after 5 days we have not received our money back.

Good restaurant chrged double by credit card magic

The restaurant and the food was very good. At the dinner payment, the waiter claimed the travel credit card charge did not go through and exercised the card again. I received email confirmation about every charge, and at breakfast next day I disputed the double charge, showing the emails. The management promised to cancel the second, incorrect charge, although they never did it. I was forced to stop the payment through the bank, that is more cumbersome. Be cautious when the waiter make the magic with your card, especially if you have a short stay, and have no chance to dispute the faulty charge.
