Better find another option
We hired this hotel through a package that Mexicana suggested to us.
We decided to give them a chance by the location and being suggested inside a package of a Mexican airline.
The truth is that I think we should have reviewed the Booking or map reviews before accepting this option.
First of all, the location that appears on Google maps is not correct. You should look on 63rd Street for the spot that has a green house "Parking and Lodging" sign (photo attachment) that is about two blocks ahead of the Google maps location.
Once they explain to you in this parking lot the dynamics to enter the rooms they hand you a pair of worn towels, the key to your room, a screen control and one for the air conditioning.
The place where you stay is in the pink front house (attached photo) in which you access with a key that you are given on arrival.
The space is a kind of hostel as it has common areas such as a breakfast bar, refrigerator, electric grills and kitchen utensils. Also tables and chairs to take your food.
The rooms have different equipment and also change in size. Ours had air conditioning and fan.
Personally we found the beds uncomfortable, the walls are worn and very humid. Also, there is quite a lot of noise in the vicinity of the hotel. We did not stay most of our trip here but the days we slept in this space, were not the most restful nights.
The door to our room jammed. When we thought to ventilate the room a little by opening the bathroom window we realized that there was a plague of drainage mosquitoes.
Parking space on the green facade is $50 per night in case you want to leave your car on the street.
Walking through the center we realized that there are many better accommodation options for the same price. I honestly think we wouldn't come back.

The hygiene is niet good
The hygiene is not good. The room smells of mold and is not clean. We are not picky when it comes to cleanliness, but this is really not okay. There is mold in the air conditioning, there is mold in the bathroom, and everything smells of mold. The shared kitchen is also super dirty. There is fallen plaster everywhere, indicating how long it has not been cleaned. And there are ants everywhere; the utensils and plates are dirty, and even the refrigerator is covered in mold. The owner is a nice man, and I hope he ensures that the rooms and kitchens are clean for the next guests. We left after 2 hours to another hotel.
