Walking distance from/to ferry. Bike rental at hotel was great to visit beaches

"The grass is greener on the other side"

A receptionist welcomed us with a smile (good point) after a good 5-minute walk from the ferry. The room was not ready yet, we had to wait 1 hour (we went to eat) and because of that, the floor was still wet and we left footprints. At first glance, the hotel seemed friendly to us. However, we noticed numerous anomalies:
- wifi problem (almost impossible to pick up and a non-existent network on the island)
- no hot water
- no water pressure for the shower
- no bath mat
- the sink faucet is right in the middle of the sink (you cannot rinse your face properly)
- poor soundproofing (you can hear the neighbors)
- no mini fridge
The interesting point: the location
I think there are better hotels on the island...

We were expecting a Premium suite with a kitchen
We got a room with no lamps chairs or dresser even
Towels were usually picked up by me and supposed daily cleaning sometimes happened but mostly not
No safe in the room as advertised.
The TV was good and the beds were comforta le .
We heard everone going by outside

The front desk people are super nice but we arrived and there were no towels in the room . I went to ask for towels and said they would bring them to the room. At 11pm still no towels and had to go downstairs 3 more times before I got them …
The location is great and there is AC
