Modern Hotel meets polluted bay

The hotel is very modern in design and comfortable, with a nice pool area. The staff at the front desk is poorly trained and only speaks Spanish. Had a room with a balcony after having to switch rooms to request balcony. Hotel was only partially filled 2nd Friday of April.
The beach in front of hotel was not clean and the bay had no life, and looked polluted, did not want to go for a swim there.

Noisy, few amenities (e.g. only 1 clothes hanger in the closet)

Modern decor, friendly helpful staff (if you could find them). We booked a room for 4 days, but it was right above the bar/restaurant which despite having few customers, started blasting music at noon. Had beach access, but no umbrellas or chairs. We left after one night, because of the noise and poor room but had trouble with the refund - are still dealing with corporate about it. Seemed to do the refund easily and were told it would take about 4 days but when we came down an hour later, no staff and we were not able to get the documentation of the refund. The helper was on the phone to the registration manager about it. But now suddenly no one to verify.

Horrible service poorly maintained

The manager very rude my air conditioning didnt work and basically she said this is what we have you can go to another hotel rooms are poorly maintained just what they say you get what you pay for very noisy at night
Wouldn recomend for a family trip the pool had broken tiles an i cut my foot again went to the manager and she said what do you eant me to do

Hotel a la orilla del mar

El hotel es pequeño pero se logra disfrutar del descanso, alberca y la playa. esta ubicado en una de las principales arterias de comunicación vehicular y peatonal de Salagua Colima, haciendo también cómodo el recorrido a pie hacia plazas comerciales.

Solo para negocios o una noche.

Lo que más me sorprendió fue el mal servicio, hicimos una reservación por medio de booking 3 dias antes, no se qué pasó, pero la recepcionista dijo que no estaba, a pesar que le mostramos el código de reserva y la confirmación en el correo y la app, lo que molesta no es que no respetaran la reserva, sino que no nos ofreció alguna solución alterna hasta que le preguntamos qué podíamos hacer o qué nos ofrecía. Además de eso, las tarjetas para entrar al cuarto no funcionaron y tuvimos que bajar a reactivarlas, la misma recepcionista de muy mala gana lo hizo, las sábanas y toallas estaban medio percudidas y no entregaron toallas suficientes, tuve que bajar a pedir otra. Tampoco nos entregaron el control del aire acondicionado ni el de la televisión, al pedirlo su respuesta fue "déjeme ver si puedo conseguir uno de otro cuarto", el caso es que la mucama fue 3 veces a la habitación con controles para la tv de no se qué otros cuartos hasta que alguno funcionó, agregando el comentario "Ojalá que este funcione porque ya me quiero ir".
En fin, el servicio deplorable.
Las camas, las almohadas y la limpieza del cuarto están aceptables, la vista de la alberca al mar y el atardecer muy bonito, sin embargo solo recomiendo este hotel para visita de negocios de una o dos noches, no me llevé una buena experiencia en general.
