Pleasant, very restful, and the cleanliness of the place is always noticeable inside and outside the cabins.

We have stayed on several occasions in their facilities and always enjoy the place to the fullest. The attention from the staff, the facilities, and the services are always of excellent quality. I consider the prices of food to be fair and the portions adequate.

Good, but they lack attention in the restaurant

I am writing for the second time, I think the first one was not sent.
Very clean place, but in the restaurant there was no juice or fruit of any kind during breakfast hours. We ordered some fajitas and in one of the dishes there was almost raw meat.
It is rainy season and they did not have an umbrella to serve the food in the outdoor restaurant (it is the only one), so the food arrived wet.
It would be important to change the mattress in cabin 65; it is already misshapen.
The employees were very friendly, always attentive.

They need to improve in the dining area.

In general, the place is clean inside and outside the cabin; the attention from the staff is excellent.
What did not meet expectations was the dining area; there was no juice of any kind or fruit during breakfast, only green chilaquiles. We ordered some fajitas, and some came out almost raw... they did not have an umbrella to serve the food, and it was raining.
To improve the room, it would be to change the mattress in room 65.

Estimado huésped. Agradecemos sus comentarios. Nos da mucho gusto saber que encontró su cabaña en óptimas condiciones de limpieza y que nuestro equipo le haya atendido excelentemente. Le enviamos una atenta disculpa por la falta de atención al servicio de nuestro restaurante el día que usted así lo detectó, hemos revisado y corregido estas situaciones. Mejoramos gracias a sus comentarios. Lo esperamos de nuevo muy pronto para que así pueda comprobarlo.

We would return to enjoy more days in Monteverde

Our stay in Monteverde was very comfortable and without setbacks; everything related to the cabin, towels, dishes, shampoo, and bath soap, dish soap, and cleaning supplies was provided. Excellent!!!

Stunning property! Peaceful and beautifully tended. A blissfully quiet respite from the roaring ATVs in town! The staff were eager to assist with any questions. The cabins were spotless and the beds were comfortable. Plenty of cozy blankets on hand. Not too far from the centre of town.
