Nice place, bad experience
The room for 2 people is fine, but we had many inconveniences, my girlfriend asked for a hair dryer and has nothing to lend, the pond of the toilet overflowed with water and we had to cut off the water, the location is very poorly marked and the access street is terrible, the attention of the staff, in general is very far away and no friendly, to everything you requested, the answer was no, there are no we have, etc.
The breakfast was macabre, as they indicate that it is a continental breakfast with 2 slices of packaged bread, coffee (very bad) or tea (only herbal waters), a plastic sachet with butter and another of jam, a glass of orange juice that they tell you is natural but it is not, everything else is additional.
The room at first glance looked clean and very tidy spacious and good, but then preserving in detail, the cornices and on the skirting boards of the ceiling, many spider webs, clearly the toilet does not pass by.
A place that could be very good, turns into a bad experience, my suggestion is that they start training staff, keep a clean keeper in all areas, as the details make a difference.

A scam!
We spent the stay with bath towels all stained more than each other. Our sheets were dirty and full of sand. The air conditioning wasn't working. Wifi is non-existent.
The hotel was empty and cold.
Services are non-existent, "the restaurant" for breakfast with only broken chairs, cutlery/plates and mismatched glasses. As if the hotel only used salvage items to furnish. Shame on this hotel!

RUN!!! Do not book this hotel or your are going to regret it

1. Dirty rooms: Describe stained carpets, dusty surfaces, and unclean bathrooms.
2. Unhygienic conditions: Mention mold, mildew, or unpleasant odors.
3. Lack of linen cleanliness: Complain about dirty towels, bed sheets, or pillowcases.
Unfriendly Staff
1. Rude front desk: Describe unfriendly or unhelpful reception staff.
2. Unresponsive housekeeping: Mention unfulfilled requests or unattended issues.
3. Unaccommodating management: Share experiences of unhelpful or unsympathetic managers.
Maintenance Issues
