Établissement pur famille 100%

We had a fantastic family stay at the Residences! ‍‍‍️ The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and very well maintained. It was the perfect place for a relaxing family vacation, and our kids absolutely loved it. ❤️
Although there isn't a daily housekeeping service, we really appreciated that fresh towels were always provided and the trash was removed regularly. ️️ It made our stay much more comfortable.
A big thank you to the housekeeping team ✨ for their kindness and attention throughout our stay.
The reception team was always warm, professional, and happy to help with anything we needed.
A very special thank you to **Younes** for his exceptional hospitality and genuine care. He made us feel truly welcome from the moment we arrived and ensured everything went smoothly.
We highly recommend the Residences to families looking for a peaceful and comfortable getaway, and we will definitely be back!

Disappointing

Air conditioning problem in our room that woke me up every night at 3:40 AM, and despite our request, nothing was resolved regarding this problem.

A pleasant family stay, with room for improvement at check-in

We have had a pleasant stay. The apartment was spacious, comfortable and well equipped. The beautiful and quiet area is ideal for families and a relaxing holiday.
However, our experience before and during arrival could have been much better. The support and communication from the reservations department were disappointing. Since we arrived late at night, we had to check in at the Resort. Unfortunately, the receptionist there was not welcoming and the check-in took far too long. This was particularly frustrating after a long journey, especially as we were travelling with tired children and wanted to get to our apartment as soon as possible.
Fortunately, our experience at the Residences itself was much more positive. The team on site was friendly and helpful. We very much enjoyed the comfort and quality of the apartment and the beautiful location.
Overall, we had a pleasant stay, but better support from the reservations department and a faster and more welcoming check-in for guests arriving late would greatly improve the overall guest experience.

A haven of peace at the gates of a seaside resort and 7 km from the city of Al Hoceima.

We stayed in a 3-bedroom bungalow, clean and very well air-conditioned. Given the comments I had read, I was rather reluctant to book at this establishment. A very nice surprise for the region.

pleasant stay

I had a very pleasant stay at the residence. The apartment was extremely clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The high standard of cleanliness was particularly appreciated. A special thanks to Soukaina at the reception and Younes, the Manager, who were both very helpful, professional, and attentive throughout my stay. I truly enjoyed my experience and would definitly come back
