Motorbike trip to Morocco

Perfect hotel for a motorcycle trip to Chefchaouen. Secure motorcycle parking is available at the front of the hotel.
The road into the hotel says it is closed on Google Maps but it is open to motorcycles. Also, the road in is very easy too (see photo).
No nasty surprises.
It is a short walk to the centre.
All the staff working there were very friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. Thank you.

Highly recommend

The best service! Norrddina made us feel so welcome. Excellent breakfast. Make sure to go to the rooftop to enjoy the views. Perfectly located to explore the lovely blue city and wander through the alleys

Traveling by motorcycle? This is your hotel in Chaouen

This is the second time I have stayed at the Alkhalifa Hotel in Chaouen.
The reasons that have made me repeat are that those who run it make you feel at home, the location is more than excellent, that the bike is inside the hotel (this is a private parking lot), and because taking tea on the terrace while watching the sunset is priceless.

Great customer service

Stayed in hotel Alkhalifa and had a pleasant stay during our trip to Chefchaouen. The road leading to the hotel was damaged because of a landslide caused by recent rain. The manager Nourrdine reached out to us on the day of our check-in and gave instructions to our driver on where he can stop. The manager made multiple trips on his scooter to take all our luggage to the hotel. We had the family suite, which had two rooms. Wifi worked fine. The rooms were spacious, but the bathroom was very small. We did not have any issue with the hot water though. You could hear the noise from the street, but it was not too loud. The air conditioning worked fine. The manager gave restaurant recommendations and they turned out to be great. He also organized a guide for us for the next day. Hot breakfast was included and it was better than what we expected. The manager helped with the luggage on the day of check out also. Overall, we had a great stay at this hotel.

Very pleasant stay

Small hotel at the bottom of the blue city.
The manager Noureddine is very caring for his guests.
Welcome tea according to Moroccan tradition.
Our room was spacious, clean and with a great view.
Good Moroccan breakfast.
