the nice hotel in morrocco

while being in the hotel we realized that the manager does not only his job but went far beyond to help guests finding what they need or request. the stuff is friendly and the room was tight and clean.

Avoid it!

The place just changed his name, but it's the same where we spent two nights last year!!! The porter didn't speak any language but local dialect, and the landlord was quite a cheater: when we asked for a guide for the whole day, he contacted a man who left us at midday, and he also charged an uncorrect amount of money at the end. Since Fez is a complicated city, if you want to enjoy it, just find a better riad.

☠☠ Very very very bad! ☠☠

A horrible place rude staff very untrustworthy, filthy floors. Air conditioning broken, shower head broken, toilet flush broken, rooms DO NOT have locks. Bad area down hill and feels unsafe at night. Breakfast is only bread. Don't stay here

Place is hazardous for health. Unnecessary nervous situations.

They wanted to extort my money for few times:
second time accounted local tax fee which was supposed to be included in total price.
Then when I came back home it occured that they claimed to Booking that I haven't appeared in Riad in order to get next fee from my card. Booking.com accepted my position in complaint and turned part of my money back.
Riad checked me finally for heating which wasn't running at all and wasn't necessary within my period.
They didn't say any word about heating service during my stay, but they defended their position with this next fee in responses to Booking.com after my complaint.
Riad also raised problems when I asked for an invoice or any other confirmation of payment (they ignored my many requests).
- Rude staff: Abdul offended me in racist way while I was complaining. Moreover, he was intimidating me that I will have to pay more for room which I was assigned by a manager during the check-in, other than was in my reservation (I wasn't even informed about it then - normally I would take it as a gift), just because I dared to complain and point out his wrong behaviour towards client.
- Ugly smell of damp in room and bathroom; burnt and dirty bed sheet (holes coming from cigarettes); noises from interior; dangerous neighbourhood during the night; dark room (there was only a little window for ventilation).

Friendly and helpful people in a traditional moroccan riad

Located in the middle of the Medina, Riad Doha has beautiful moroccan design in the rooms and a cozy atmosphere, because of the moroccan music. Also, the terrace above has a very nice view over the Medina, because it is situated in a higher point than most of the rest of the buildings.
