Don't stay here
- the location of the hotel in a below average area
-very quick check in, Mastercard machine wasn't working, so I had to pay cash in usd
The room is average, old furniture, air-conditioning is good, the toilet is below average, and the bed covers are dirty.
The restaurant service is very, very slow, with no variety for foreigners, only Nigerian food.
Breakfast choice is very poor,only 1 egg omelette with 2 pcs of sausage and bread,1 coffee with powder milk.
All the employees are kind and polite, but that's not enough to build a hotel reputation.
-85 usd per night is too much expensive for getting such room and service.
I don't recommend this hotel at all, especially for non Nigerian because you will not eat unless you are able to eat local traditional food.

Where do I start from. My experience during my staying at Fawzy Hotel has been second to none.
The environment is cozy and welcoming, secured with Professionalism.
My 111 days of staying at Fawzy Hotel gave me a great experience of Dubai and western world. The customer service received was excellent,
All your staff was able to apply human empathy and listen attentively to my request. Not only that they listened but also demonstrated 3R Method:
1. Relate
2. Reassure
3. Resolve
They have gone Over and beyond. This is what is called quality service.
Their breakfast is always on point and Professionalism Nurtured by EXPERIENCE chef's.
Am well impressed with the quality of service provided by the customer service officer.
Looking forward to checking inn /staying @ Fawzy Hotel.

Good but needs improvements
I will definitely recommend this place but don't expect a 'five star facility'.
