Wonderful and cozy studio apartment with all stated amenities and very close to Real Plaza Mall. Many cafes and restaurants in the area and nice little parks all around. Lovely neighborhood to walk around in. Communication was excellent and helpful throughout my stay. Highly recommend if you want to stay away from the city center.

They are IMPOSSIBLE to find.

I looked for a solid hour to find this place and had no luck. I asked every single store in the area where they were and no one knew. The GPS will not take you there either. We had to cancel our reservation and go somewhere else because we couldn't find it and they made us pay a $20 USD cancellation fee. We even tried calling them and couldn't get ahold of anyone. Can't believe they wouldn't give money back after this incident. They need to fix their location on GPS. Don't go here. It will cause too much frusteration finding it.

We are very sorry you had this experience. We tried communicate with guess as soon as we have seen this booking, wrote back through trip advisor and contacted phone number guess provided but no success. Next thing we saw was that booking was cancelled.
Again sorry for the inconvenience, our home is centrally located, but we will make sure there are better directions on how to get to our property in the future

Muy buen hotel muy buena la limpieza estupendo el desayuno y la cordialidad de su dueña Maria Teresa lo mejor y mas destacado la habitacion muy comoda y el baño impecable yo diria que es muy recomendable
