Some positives, but several avoidable problems
Unfortunately, there were also several issues that significantly affected my stay.
The biggest problem was the kitchen/common room. On my first evening it was locked, which meant I couldn’t prepare dinner until around 10 p.m. The following morning, at around 9 a.m., it was still inaccessible, so I couldn’t even make a coffee to start my day. I was later told there was a way to open the door from outside, but this was never explained during check-in. If that’s how the system works, guests should be told.
The hostel was also difficult to find because there was no sign outside the building indicating that it was the hostel.
I also observed the same mop being used for the bathroom floor and then for the dorm/common areas, which raised hygiene concerns for me.
The most disappointing part, however, was how my feedback was handled. Instead of addressing the concerns I raised, the owner responded with personal insults and accused me of trying to damage businesses. I expected a professional response, even if we disagreed.
Overall, the hostel has potential, but the operational issues and the way feedback was handled meant I chose not to extend my stay.

Track in Peru
Very warm atmosphere,. Owner help with book track. Nice breakfast. Recommend for travelers!

Really great!
The staff is very friendly and the accommodation has a good location!
There are also many activities they propose there for treck and other outdoor sports is the perfect place to practice!
I recommend to 100%:)
