Perfect for a relaxing holiday.

Stayed for 2 weeks. Great hotel in perfect location. Room overlooked side street with partial view of forest and loved sitting on the balcony ‘watching the world go by’. Breakfast selection was tasty and well presented. The pool, sauna and steam room was welcome although floor very slippery and no handrail on stairs up to pool.
Will definitely be back.

Pleasant stay

Nice location. 15 mins walk in the woods and you arrive at a fab beach. Pleasant walks through nice woodlands.
On the other side, 5 minutes walk, bars and restaurants. Pleasant walking around.
Room, huge and has everything you need. Only niggling thing is the shower area is a bit of a squeeze when opening and closing the door. Also a tad slippery.
Wellness, pool isn’t huge. Hot tub available. Some of the facilities didn’t work. Sauna, not huge but very effective.
Breakfast, massive selection.

Great hotel for the proximity to the center but to review for cleaning.

I stayed with my wife in this hotel for a week and our experience can be described as follows: 4 star hotel but actually deserves a 3 star; breakfast in the norm with requests for dishes not in the buffet really welcome, rooms large enough to be a standard but cleanliness is certainly to be improved. We had to request the cleaning of the room and they did not always put water. The hotel is located very close to a forest and you can imagine the animals (spiders) entering without problems (I killed at least 3), the bathroom in the norm but in our room the door could not be closed because defective (to reopen it I had to push hard) otherwise you remained locked inside. I did not try the restaurant but I noticed that people at dinner were present in good numbers. Definitely to be improved for cleaning while the staff was young and sometimes inexperienced.

Hotel Hel supposedly everything is fine, with the emphasis on pretending

Lack of objectivity on the part of the staff, moreover:
Failure to check the room before handing it over. Air conditioning not working. The proposal of a fan instead of air conditioning and the subsequent argument that the hotel meets expectations. The hotel's wisdom in assessing the situation in response to my assessment. Proposed date for solving the fault - convenient only for the hotel itself. Assessment/qualification of the hotel regarding the situation. No possibility to talk to the management - they do not talk to the plebs even the next day during working hours, despite a clear request to contact them.

Nice location, but that is all

The hotel was a disapointment, it is a lot of small things that when putting together creates a bad picture. After paying for the room, we need to pay extra for parking (why??, just make the price about 10PLN higher). In the room we had 2bags for tea (I know, it's not a disaster, but normally in 4star hotel you have much wider selection), cheap toilet paper, only half the staff are fluent in english.
